  What an amazing boutique little place this is. Entrance to the hotel is in the Juliet's courtyard. You go through the gates and get met at the front door. We arrived at a closed time but communication was great via WhatsApp and we were met promptly at the gate. You get given a key to the gates so when the courtyard is closed you can let yourself in. Its like a vip area! The room was of good size and had a large bathroom. Clean and luxurious feel. Mini bar was included and had 2 normal size prosecco bottles, beers, soft drinks and snacks. Incredible. On the roof is a hot tub, we paid the €30 to use it. A quick stay but would certainly come back.

  The entrance to the hotel is literally in the courtyard of the Juliette attraction, so it's quite busy during the day. However, you and other guests have the courtyard to yourself in the evenings. It makes the perfect backdrop for one of a kind pictures. We had a suite and it was very large. In the room, there was complimentary champagne, beer, water, soda and lots of snacks. The hotel staff were amazing. We had a lot of questions and they were prompt in responding to each one. The location is City center so it can be noisy but there are lots of shops and restaurants in the area. I highly recommend staying here.

  Unbelievable, romantic, perfect.

  An incredible experience from start to finish, I do not know how a review can do justice to such a wonderful hotel. The location is perfect, the staff are truly amazing, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and you could not ask for more. The room was huge, with everything we needed, the staff couldn't help enough and really did make our stay even more perfect than we thought it could be. The area was quiet, and even at the peak of visitors to the adjacent Juliette balcony, the windows and doors kept the noise down to an absolute minimum. The atmosphere is exactly what you expect, romantic and easy-going. The rooftop hot-tub, book it, wow, what a view! Then comes the value for money, the mini-bar in the room, isn't mini, and it is complementary, wines, beers, food, bubbles, wow, just wow! This place has rapidly become a favourite and we will certainly be back! Andrea and Francesca, you are both a credit to the hotel, thank you again!

  I would have given 10 stars but there were a couple of hiccups. I was given advice on taking a car service from the train station to the hotel. I was told that I would be met at the station and helped with my bags for my month in Italy. The advice was wrong. A taxi is hands down the way to go. It’s 10 minutes tops from the train station and if a car service picks you up they have to park so far from the pickup area it’s not worth it. I feel like the hotel should know these things before pushing the service. The other hiccup was when the maid cleaned she removed a medicine from the bathroom. I believe it was an oversight but I’m uncomfortable using a medicine that was out of my possession. If these issues had not occurred I would give the hotel high marks. It’s enchanting to stay in this historic location.   We loved our stay at the Balcone di Giulietta. Andrea and team were so welcoming and helpful with recommendations for what to see, do and eat in the area.
