    Firstly the staff was great. The hotel was close to the train station so location was handy. The area itself is wouldnt feel safe bringing my kids or wife , place was full of drug addicts around back of hotel and park across the road. Rooms where clean, breakfast was average. Its a 3 star hotel in my opinion. I would stay again if I was away for work but not for a family vacation.

    My experience at the hotel was very positive from start to finish. Upon arrival, it’s already clear that the place is well cared for, including a pleasant scent in the reception area that creates a great first impression.The reception team was consistently very friendly and cheerful, with special mention to one of the staff members who assisted me with great kindness during my stay. Overall, the service was attentive, efficient, and always welcoming.The room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable, which made for a very good night’s rest. Another highlight was the cleanliness: the hotel is well organized and maintained in excellent condition.The breakfast also stands out, offering good variety and quality, fully meeting expectations.In addition, the location is a strong point: it is just a short walk from the Piazza delle Erbe, which makes it very easy to explore the historic center on foot.Overall, it is a hotel that shows attention to detail in every aspect and provides a very pleasant stay, especially for someone traveling alone.

    A fabulous well located hotel within easy walking distance to all of Verona's highlights. Hotel is easy to get to from the airport using public transport and at 7 euros each it was a bargain. Fabulous helpful staff who couldn't do enough for us and couldn't fault housekeeping staff either as room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. Breakfast varied and we always found something tasty to eat. Have no hesitation in returning to this hotel again soon.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at San Luca. Situated minutes from the Arena, we found it convenient for visiting everything in the Old City and for the train station, about 15 min walk away, for travelling further afield. We had an excellent room on the 3rd floor, spacious and spotlessly clean and found all staff to be friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was excellent. All in all, a most comfortable stay and we were very happy with our decision to stay here.
