    Very Old Hotel, Poor Facilities, and Unpleasant Stay

    he hotel is extremely outdated and in serious need of renovation. The only positive aspect is the staff, who were kind and helpful.Right after checking in, I headed to the elevators: very small, extremely old, noisy, and quite unsettling—like something out of a horror movie. They can barely fit one person with a suitcase.The rooms are tiny and not very comfortable. For two nights, only one bottle of water was provided, which is quite disappointing.Another major issue was the lobby, which had a terrible sewage-like smell that was extremely unpleasant.Breakfast was probably the worst part: visually unappealing, with very poor quality and almost no variety. It actually made me feel like starting a diet instead of eating.I definitely won’t be coming back.

    Very glad we stayed at this hotel It was nice, well connected and has great prices for the services it offers. Restaurant it’s quite good too and the breakfast was lovely I suggest it for a stay in Verona, which is a lovely romantic city.You can visit here Romeon and Juliette balcony as have a stroll around the arena which is stunningI loved it and surely we will be back

    This hotel is a rack !! The building and design are old ,very low maintenance ,not clean,bath rooms are filthy .rooms are very dark Stuff are very nice and helpfull but this not cover the overall condition of the hotel

    The beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well. All staff at the reception and restaurant are professional, attentive, friendly and fulfilled our requests. Our room was cleaned with care, to a very good standard. Free, on-site parking. Standard check-out is 12pm. Spoilt for choice at buffet breakfast. This is a good hotel for an easy 20-minute drive to the centre of Verona.

    Stayed here for 2 nights with my son as a transit further down Italy.Wasn’t disappointed at all.No doubt, that the hotel has probably seen better years and is getting a bit outdated, but staff was really nice and friendly, and the price is absolutely on the low side.I would definitely stay here again if in need of a few transit nights.
