    This place feels more like a scam than a legitimate hotel.

    I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Nowhere in the description did it mention that the hotel is located inside a medical center – yes, a medical center! The room was extremely basic, resembling a hospital room rather than a hotel. The lighting was harsh, the space was cramped, and the bathroom was odd and uncomfortable. The walls weren’t even proper walls, just windows covered with hospital curtains.There were also people smoking and talking loudly in the hallway with no staff around to address it. To make matters worse, the person at the reception just opened the door for me and left – it was honestly a little unsettling. I couldn’t sleep all night out of fear for my safety.Additionally, I booked a shuttle which arrived 35 minutes late.I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here. This place feels more like a scam than a legitimate hotel.

    The room smells of smoke and was very dirty. When I complained I was told i that the only thing i could do was to cancel and that it was not possible that the room smelled of smoke cause it is not allowed to smoke in the hotel. It ended with the cleaning lady came and opened the window. The bathroom smelled of urine and the walls and floor where very dirty. No discount possible and no refund. You can just cancel and try to find another hotel when all are fully booked.

    Stayed one night with my daughter. Very nice double room, clean and new. Receptionist so helpful and friendly. Only thing is in Italy the TV never have any other channels than Italian? Nice big breakfast for 9 euro. Private parking

    Great location, near Verona airport. Great, helpful stuff!A bit short in amenities, but clean and big room.10 minutes from Verona center, as well.So, the best thing in this small hotel is the position, if you have an early morning flight.

    We needed a hotel to stay in before a flight home next day and this was an ideal location. Rooms were really nice and modern, good air con and WiFi good. Very limited facilities in the hotel so if you want more than just a room to sleep in then this isn't the place for you. We found an excellent local pizza restaurant nearby for dinner as hotel doesn't have a restaurant.Breakfast was basic but satisfactory.
