Overrated. - felt more 3* than 4* pretty basic

Really overrated - stayed here for 1 night after 2 x amazing hotels in the dolomites and felt let down by this stay.Is rated 4* but felt more like a 3* to me, everything was clean, but just felt basic hospitality to me and nothing really stood out.Rooms were ok, but found they looked better on pictures online vs the reality. I felt the reviews online didn’t really match my experience of this hotel, so thought it was important to share.Breakfast again very basic, all felt mass produced which was the vibe of the hotel -Too big and not a lot of care into it! A lovely modern hotel with a great pool

This hotel is lovely and modern, spacious rooms with electric blinds on the windows, a huge shower, lovely lighting, efficient air con and comfortable beds. The food and wine in the restaurant is reasonably priced and delicious.The only downside if you are a tourist is that there is no shuttle into Verona (only to and from the airport for your transfer) and so you have to walk 15 mins to the airport to catch the airlink bus. We bought a 72 hour ticket for €22 which gets you on most buses int he area. We got used to it though and the pool was a massive bonus which you don’t always get in a city hotel. The pool car serves drinks and food which again was delicious and reasonable. Lovely hotel

We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. Hotel was spotless clean in all areas . Room was a great size. Really nice selection for breakfast ?? available. Pool area lots of space great pool bar . Towels provided. Pool open from 9-8 daily pool bar 12-6 . Restaurant at hotel nice food an ok price. Hotel is located 10 mins from airport. There is a shuttle bus which hotel provides to get to the airport you can also walk which was 15 mins ish. You can get bus from airport to Verona for 14 euros return. AlsoLake Garda . This hotel really worked for us as after walking and sight seeing could relax by the pool. It was my birthday ?? while staying at hotel my husband arranged flowers fruit which was a lovely touch. Stylish, quality, comfortable hotel - brilliantly accessible to Verona Airport

What a beautiful hotel. We only booked a standard double for a pre-flight night but I would very happily have stayed longer.The room was in the older part of the hotel and had great style and character. A large, very comfortable room. The bathroom was large, modern and had a large walk-in shower. Fab.The bar was comfortable with nice outdoor seating, inside a huge courtyard. The restaurant was nice ; decent food at a reasonable price ' and fabulous wine list! A bonus was a free shuttle bus to the airport.There was one fly in the ointment detracting from an otherwise 5* experience - the pool area was closed ' and it was a lovely day and I'd have liked to rest by what looked to be a lovely pool area.This might not be where you want to stay for a visit to the historic city but for business or for a great night before flying, this is a great hotel. Great hotel and a short taxi ride to the city

Great hotel next to the airport - very little noise from planes - and a short taxi ride to the city. Food was good and the spa is excellent. Pool was clean and quiet. Seems like it is mainly used as a business conference venue (a few conference rooms – only one being used during my stay and it didn’t impact the stay at all) and for a short stay from coach parties touring that part of Italy, but it has very good facilities and the hotel staff went out of their way to help. Supermarket and some take-away food 10 minutes’ walk away. Would definitely return, and hope to.
