My experience was quite good. Food was nice & delicious. Rooms are quite good and the hospitality is top notch. The bathroom setup is good. Rooms are well managed with cleaning a top priority. It was an uphill task locating my way to the hotel. The food was also very good, and the whole place feels just like home. Un bon expérience, le personnel ce sont très jolis et très attentifs. J’ai aimé mon temp en ibis plateau. The food was really good, I could have a taste of the Ivorian cuisine, and I have to say that it is one of the best I’ve ever had. Really grateful with the personnel. The location is definitely a plus if you’re looking for a quiet area away from the city’s hustle and bustle—perfect for business travelers seeking some peace.However, my room was disappointingly dark, with only a small window letting in minimal natural light. It made the space feel a bit gloomy, which was not ideal after a long day of work.While the prices are on par with international standards, I felt the overall quality didn’t quite match up. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, which I appreciated, but the facilities could use some attention. The lifts were unreliable during my stay, which was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.Breakfast was just okay. There was a reasonable selection early on, but if you arrive towards the end of the service, don’t expect much to be left.Overall, it’s a functional option if you need to be in the business district, but there are areas that could be improved to better justify the price.
