Pathetic customer service at an ACCOR hotel!!!
31 May 2026
Staying at Novotel Abidjan Plateau currently (Rm1709), still got a week more to go but judging by the pathetic customer service so far, its going to be a terrible stay! Morning breakfast very poor service, they dont even care about customers, all things run out are not replenished and when you asked them, short answer: its finished for literally everything! Been used to Accor hotels standard but I wouldn't recommend this hotel...totally disappointed!

I had a wonderful time at Novotel Plateau, Abidjan. The location was great, exquisite atmosphere, cozy and well decorated room at a great price. It was really a remarkable experience I am looking forward to coming for my next vacation. The staffs are great at what they do especially a lady worth mentioning. OHer name is Astha. She really supported my stay with a great attitude and very professional at what she does. Thanks Novotel for the wonderful experience

Chritiane at reception was brilliant she was courteous and helped sort out my booking when I needed to extend for another day. She speaks good English which was a huge plus. Very professional. I will recommend this hotel while in Abidjan. The breakfast was fresh and good. Fruits were awesome

Horrible hotel. Avoid if you want to rest
03 Apr 2025
Horrible,Loud music all night. Couldn't sleep a wink. I asked the staff when will they stop all the ruckus, they keep promising me that soon, basically lying. I had to finally descended to confront them but none of the staff didn't seem concerned at all about it. A hotel is first to rest
