This is not a 4* hotel at all the entertainment that was advertised was rarely on the 1st week police with guns and army were everywhere so very quiet found out the Jamaican P.M was there holding a conference our rep was so shocked we knew we found out from a waitress that told us ! The lazy river was closed apparently they were maintaining it that was a lie as they reopened the day we left. Service horrific fridge got filled 5 times in 14days it took them 6days into the holiday to come and clean the room. Staff started knocking on the door 2nd week even though we had the do not disturb sign up they walked in once I was in the bath 2nd time my husband and I were 'doing our own thing" it was our anniversary v.embarrasing how disgraceful that was. Totally hit and miss with the buffet the alacarte restaurants and coffee shop i can't complain. Disappointing as we've been to runaway bay which is Jamaican yet adult half was closed due to hurricane last year this hotel is a Spanish hotel in Jamaica cant relax bring back the 18-25 holidays so so loud rave music repetative over and over. Furniture falling apart dust etc everywhere . If you go there be v. Careful ordering room service many people ordered service at 9.30 if it got to them after 10 you .must pay i spoke to a lady it cost her 210dollars. Do your pics ours were stunning yet they wanted £420 fir 23 we did our own !! My husband and I say a hol is what you make it! Somewhere we'd never return to yet we'll find another perfect hotel in jamaica ????
