The best place in the world!

We are here now for my husband's birthday. This is our 4th or 5th time at this resort as prime members (formally travel smart). We've been to Jamaica about a dozen times because we love the country. Your staff is amazing. They are always so kind and professional. The food, drinks, and service is A+ as always. Our Butler's Tamika and Imran are very attentive. There are so many wonderful bartenders (Tishana, Tinae, Wayne, Okeve, Lisa, Mellicea) to name a few. The vibe Team is so fun (Brittany, Zaria, DJ Slim). The one suggestion I have is to keep playing the music of Jamaica. We love Reggae and Dancehall. I know the guests here are diverse, but they know where they are. If you come to Jamaica expect Jamaican culture. If you want to hear pop/rock/country music then go to this places. I love y'all!

My experience at the hotel was nice. The staff was friendly, the food was okay but there were several things that could be changed. Starting with the managers, my flight had been delayed two days due to weather conditions, I contacted the hotel and explained to them what had happened, I was told to talk to a manager once I arrived at the resort. I spoke with three managers asking if my stay could be extended a day or two to make up for the time that was lost. Each one told me this was no possible, I also asked if I could be a diamond member for the short time that I was there (the resort only has very low grade tequila, diamond members gets a better selection) I explained that I did not want/ need the butler just wanted to have access to better tequila. Again, I was told no. The night before my departure the last manager I spoke with was Marlon, he promised to send a bottle oh champagne and fruit to the room for compensation, of course we never received it. I even went back to the desk two times asking him about this and each time I was told “I’m sorry it hasn’t come yet, let me call to see what’s taking so long”. Still nothing. I do understand that it was not the hotel fault that Thursday - Monday stay turned into a Saturday- Monday stay, meaning I lost two days of a paid vacation, I just think that they could have been more accommodating and tried to work with me as I lost a lot of money. I did explain to them that being stranded in NC for two days forced me to pay for additional hotel stays, food and drinks when all of this had been paid for when I booked at their all inclusive resort. All in all the resort it self was nice.

Sean, Berry and Ashawine were amazing. They went out of there way to make sure that our experience was amazing. Our first night here we were ready to leave. We meant Berry and Ashawine , Ashawine took us around both resorts to show us were everything was and how to navigate them . Every day all 3 of them made us feel like we were Family. I dont Want to single out other employees but the 3 mentioned were perfect.

Sean, Berry and Ashwine were absolutely amazing. They are so great at their jobs. They were very helpful and their customer service was above and beyond. We were ready to leave our trip early and they changed our minds. We would come back to see them.
