We had a great stay overall. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the location is excellent—right beside Donki and close to a convenience store, which made everything very convenient. One thing I really appreciated was the indoor smoking area. There’s also a lesser-known elevator at the back near the smoking area, which was very helpful when the main elevators were crowded.During our stay, I accidentally left my wallet in a taxi, but the staff went above and beyond to help me contact the driver. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to recover it. Special thanks as well to the staff who spoke excellent English—it made communication much easier. The hotel also provides complimentary shampoo and face wash, which was a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, allowing me to get work done without any issues. The only downside was with our room arrangement. We booked two connecting rooms, but for some reason, they didn’t allow all 6 of us (5 adults and 1 child) to stay across both rooms, so I had to book an additional single room.Despite that, I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Small but well-maintained
23 Mar 2025
The room is as small as a Japanese small business hotel.Rooms without a bathtub seem to be more spacious.Since I chose a room with a bathtub, there was only space for the bed.Breakfast is a buffet at the café next door. The food is good, but the café is small compared to the number of guests, so waiting is unavoidable. The hotel is reasonably priced, making it a good option for couples or friends looking for a budget-friendly stay.

Daiwa Royal hotel 2 night stay
09 Apr 2024
Room clean and well kept on arrival. Had complimentary washing soap and shampoo. Safe in the room. Hairdryer available and charging plugs. Room was very small with a small double bed but the mattress was a bit firm for what we are used to. Staff friendly and helpful. Reasonable place to stay if in this area.

Connecting Room and Reasonable Flat-rate Parking
30 Nov 2023
1. Bedroom: Finding connecting room for a family is not an easy task in Japan. Glad that DEL Style by Daiwa Roynet Nayabashi is able to provide it. Yes space-wise, it’s a challenge to lay down luggages especially if you brought large luggages. But everything is clean and well-maintained. 2. Bathroom: Three big bottles of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Cleanliness is top rate. Amenities can be acquired at lobby.3. Wifi: excellent4. Location: 20 minutes walking to Nagoya main station (where the big shopping outlets are). The hotel itself is close to Nayabashi Terrace. (Supermarket and food court inside) Furthermore, there are many dining options/ convenience stores around the hotel as well5. Parking: you can buy “flat rate” overnight ticket for ¥1200 only at receptionist. There is one parking lot in front of the hotel and another one (larger) parking lot right behind the hotel.6. Overall: Connecting room and parking lot with reasonable fee at the heart of Nagoya. It’s a good basecamp to explore Nagoya. However the room is small, compact, has a limited space to move around. Oh right. Free ice pop at the lobby for the guest.

Nice service, fun and fresh
05 Aug 2023
This was a nice hotel. The decor is fun and fresh and our room for our family of 3 was a good size. The staff were very friendly and there was some nice touches like a daily free popsicle, and women/men public bath. 14th floor is also women’s only rooms which is unique! One minor thing: they don’t have a restaurant in the building but next door and if you want breakfast make sure.l you go to the front desk for a voucher and not immediately to the restaurant. The breakfast also ends early (last order is 930) so don’t sleep in! But overall it was a good home base in Nagoya. Not much around that area but easy walking to the train station (20 min) and downtown and aichi museum of art (30 min).
