  Very easy and smooth check-in & check-out process. Polite staff. Room is spacious but pillows were terrible. Free welcome drinks/wine provided. Location is in between shopping streets. Easy access to subway station. There was coin laundry and microwave on reception floor. Reception is on the 3F and the elevator will stop at 3F even if you didn’t press the button.

  This hotel is in the perfect location for anyone who likes shopping, food and football. It's located across the street from Alpen, which has the best prices and selection for football gear. Much better than Kamo, but this is also located just a couple blocks away. There's Parco mall with the Pokemon Center and a huge Uniqlo/GU just a couple blocks away. The food around the area is great and there isn't really a miss on anything we had. There's a 7-11, Family Mart and Lawson's all within one block. There's a drugstore across the street. The only negative is it's kind of far (10 min walk) from the nearest train station, which is short if you don't have luggage and a bunch of kids with you.Osu Market Shopping street is just a 10 min walk away and there's a nice park across the street too to spend time in when the weather is good, which is was when we were there.We came for a football tournament, so there was a group of 36 of us at the peak.The hiccups....Only 2 staff workers speak English well. There were a lot of miscommunications. The Breakfast was kind of a hassle because they make you pay at the front first instead of billing it to your room. Plus the food served is the same every day. The breakfast "welcome" host probably should be switched because she comes off a bit rude.There is no water filling stations anywhere in the hotel. They will fill your water from the tap if you ask.The rooms are TINY. The hotel only had 2 extra blankets (we used the chair as a bed), so when we got these blankets, the rest of the families had to use bathrobes. They also didn't have any extra pillows, which is kind of odd too.They also were really strict with our group in the lounge. They basically told us we had to leave because we were being too loud and some of the other customers were "complaining", but this is a lounge common space and we were a large group/team. There should be more understanding in making us feel welcome.The shampoo smelled like rubbing alcohol, so we didn't use it.The coffee machine with complimentary coffee was "out of order" for our entire stay. The complimentary one cup of wine was also "out of service." The coffee was a perk that we intentionally wanted for our hotel.HIGHLIGHTKawmini! She was able to help us get reservations for 22 people for 2 nights of our trip when the other staff people couldn't understand what we needed or didn't want to help us .Overall, I would recommend this place, but make sure that you plan accordingly for bed space.Thanks for an overall great stay!

  New, clean and modern hotel. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and free coffee they offered. It’s better than Starbucks. Walked in the room and I see lg washer machine? I’ve never seen washer machine in the room. Pretty cool. Bathroom is awesome! Shower is separate from toilet that is equipped with bidet. I just love Japanese toilets. Air condition works super fast and I would recommend this place to couples and solo visit iota

  Discriminated at the Restaurant

  I went for breakfast downstairs in the restaurant but wearing shorts and T-shirt when the cook asked me for my breakfast ticket and told me to sit on the corner far awayfrom other guests, later he rushed to me and told me to follow him and said to pay at the front desk while I was getting coffee. But actually it was already included in the bill. He screamed and embarrassed me in front of other guests. It was the worst experience I had in my life, being discriminated, humiliated. I talked to the manager and she said she couldn’t do anything. What a shame! If you are foreigner I don’t recommend to stay at this hotel.
