I'm a big fan of UNIZO Hotels and while this one was not quite up to the same standards as others I have stayed in. That's not to say anything in particular was wrong or that it disappointed me in any way. The staff were wonderful, especially the front desk. Check-in was a breeze and they were very good with restaurant and tourist information. I was not a huge fan of the fixed breakfast--I much prefer the breakfast buffet at other UNIZO hotels. Some of the room details need to be updated, but otherwise a pleasurable stay and I would stay again if I am in Nagoya.

Really cant fault this hotel at this price. It is a 3 star hotel but its location is a 5 star one. It is also well equipped with amenities and clean except for the often mentioned stained carpet, i think everything else is perfect. Tip : if you are a light sleeper then you shouldnt stay here as the street activities could be heard quite clearly.

This is my fourth visit to Nagoya and my fourth visit to this hotel.I use it because it is central to everything and a very convenient location.It’s comfortable with reasonable sized single rooms and very competitive prices.Opened it 2014 the management decided to furnish each room with light carpets .As you can imagine after five years of wear and tear it is now beginning to show its age with , in some of the rooms , very dirty marks .Last year I mentioned this to the front desk and this year , after complaining of the terrible state of the carpet in the room they first allotted me, I again mentioned it.They have assured me the carpets are soon to be replaced. One hopes with darker carpets less inclined to show the inevitable marks.This was my only complaint of this hotel which I will happily stay at again.

This hotel is central to shops, bars and restaurants and there is literally a metro underground station just outside.Excellent rooms, although the carpets are far too light and show every mark and stain . Have mentioned this for the last four years and it’s still the same.That’s the only negative. The staff are superb and the service first rate. The tariffs are very reasonably priced and make this hotel great value.
