Business hotel - dont expect anything special

Nagoya is more of a business city, and this hotel reflects that. It’s a large property catering primarily to business travelers, though we did see some tour groups as well.The lobby is impressive, with a grand entrance, a pleasant café, and several retail shops. The staff were polite and helpful.However, the rooms felt dated and worn. While spacious, the furnishings and overall condition did not match the standard of other hotels we stayed in Japan. The bathroom, in particular, was disappointing—more in line with a budget hotel, with poor lighting and aging fixtures.We stayed here as a base for visiting Ise, which was convenient by train, but otherwise, there’s little reason to stay in this area.Bottom line: Acceptable if you need to be in Nagoya, but not a destination hotel.

Lovely location ..right next to a large cosmetic and drug store for buying all products ...the room was nice ....breakfast again difficult for vegetarian....overall good hotel

Glorious hotel with old money vibes

Hotel was very solid - the lobby and the hotel itself is just impressive. Beautiful old place that just shows the glamour of old days. What is one of the greatest strengths of the hotel is also a kind of disadvantage - because the room was pretty old - not that it was in disrepair but you could feel the age - especially in the bath which was pretty spacious. The room came equipped with a baby bed - as well as a diaper bin. The space was enough for 3 people and the rooms came with a safe.

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff hosts

This is a very well maintained city hotel. The hotel is not recommended for any classic views. However the staff hosts are friendly efficient and punctual. The hotel is also conveniently located to amenities and shopping areas. I stayed at this hotel with the Kesari Tours Japan China tour group. It was a pleasant experience.
