  So convenient for our needs.

  Really convenient location, large park at end of the street, Nagoya Castle an easy walk and plenty of restaurants close by. Metro not too far either, you could easily pull suitcases.Rooms small but comfortable, ours was really hot and we only managed to get cooler on third day. No tea making available, that is there is a kettle and mugs but neither coffee nor tea available. Other than that we were really comfortable and happy.

  Clean and comfortable modern hotel.Subway very near, but could not find lift and steps down were many and dangerous with luggage.Lots of businesses nearby but can walk to Sakae area.Room small, as expected for Japan, but modern.Wifi well but no foreign tv channels.Staff polite and professional.

  I loved the room in this hotel. Don’t get me wrong, it was very small, but the way the space was used was so creative. They managed to fit all the amenities into such a small area (the fridge, a little sofa with the safe built into the bottom). They even had a massage pillow thing which was a nice addition. The mattress of the bed was very comfortable in my opinion (I’m a side sleeper so I need something softer). The pillows were like beanbags but all of our hotels in Japan had those types of pillows. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The location is also excellent as it is right next to a train station. I would stay again!

  Comfortable room - Rooftop Public Bath

  We spent two nights at the hotel in April and had an exceptional experience. The front desk staff were consistently courteous and professional, and the check-in process was both quick and seamless. We were warmly greeted each time we passed through the lobby, which added a welcoming touch to our stay. The guest room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully appointed, with a comfortable pajama set provided for guests' use.I highly recommend visiting the hotel's public bath on the 14th floor, which features a large indoor hot water pool as well as two smaller outdoor pools located on the rooftop. The facilities provided a perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing.The hotel enjoys a highly convenient location adjacent to Exit 4 of Hisayaodori Station and a nearby 7-Eleven, offering easy access to a wide range of necessities for travelers. Furthermore, a lively restaurant district is situated just a short walk away on Isemachi-dori, providing an excellent selection of dining options.

  Feels like booking a windowless room

  Booked the Comfort Twin room because this has window and has the largest area among the rooms. But to my surprise, the window is frosted and it is not facing the street/city but the wall of the building beside it. If you’re claustrophobic, do not book this room since it’s like booking a windowless room.Also, if you have several luggages like us, please dont be tricked by its closeness to Exit 4 of Hisayaodori Station because this exit doesnt have elevator. Closest exit with elevator is 1B, which is 500m away from this hotel.
