    Convenient hotel

    I stayed here without meals. The building is a little old, but I was able to use it without any problems. There were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to use a smoking room, but there was an air purifier so I was able to stay there without any problems.     When I called to inquire about how to use the hotel's parking lot, the person there was a bit ambiguous, but when I checked in, they were polite and typical of a hotel staff member. I feel like this varies a lot from person to person.I used the parking lot on a Sunday, and there were a few izakayas nearby, so it was convenient. Inside the hotel, the construction and furnishings gave off a slightly luxurious feel everywhere. I feel lucky to have been able to use the parking lot at a cheaper price on a Sunday.     The room is small but clean. It has slippers, razor, sponge, shampoo, and shower gel provided. It also has fridge, cups, and kettle in the room. Free WIFI, very strong :) The bed is comfy.The hotel lobby is quite spacious. I can't believe that the washroom on the ground floor is large and has all the gels, lotions available for use. The staff is very friendly. One can speak English well. We asked him what the famous food is in Akita and which restaurant we should go for. (We don't want to go to restaurants that are for tourists.)There are two convenient stores near the hotel. The location isn't close to JR station. It takes ~20 mins walk. As we rented a car near JR station, it wasn't a problem for us. I would recommend people to stay there
