  Definitely for family fantasy moments

  To start with, the reservations were well taken care of and quick in responses. We arrive from Yuzawa; Tokyo Station and took the JR line to Maihama. Once arrived, you will not miss the Disney Resorts Line and purchased 2 days tickets for the train rides. Saves us some monies. There is a shuttle service at the station to ferry us to the hotel. Friendly driver cum tour operator cum porter cum usher! He was friendly. Check in was hassle free and the room was spacious, big and entertaining. The kids love them. They have large tv room at the lobby area and also swimming pool. We didn't have enough time to use it though. We purchased a cheaper breakfast upon check in and yes, there is a long queue if you are late. We didn't wait for long though to get to breakfast and the restaurant is huge enough to cater to large crowd. Food varieties were enough. They also have convenient store in the hotel if you need to buy your basics. We took the train to Disneyland and spent the whole day there. We arranged our own transport to the airport and the concierge was kind to allocate the driver for us and assisted us with our luggage. They also bid fond farewell the Japanese way, which we were impressed. Thanks for the great stay!

  Chose to stay here during our short city break because of the proximity to Disneyland. As a result it’s about 45mins out from the main Tokyo areas, but don’t be put off - the hotel provides free shuttle buses to the local station (10mins away) and the airport (daytime only). Tokyo is easily navigable via the trains - all you need is Google Maps and an eSIM to keep your data on! You can then see exactly where to change trains, even down to the coach and exit to use for your destination (some stations have <200 exits so pay attention!).The hotel was spotless, staff were wonderful, great breakfast, 24hr Lawsons onsite with an ATM, etc. couldn’t fault it.

  Super clean and modern with lots of dining options, an on-site convenience store and Disney merch shop. Very convenient to the parks.   NOT a Disney Hotel!

  Disappointed that the hotel is advertised as an "official Disney hotel." It is NOT a Disney hotel. We did not get an early "happy" entry to the parks. Was not allowed to use the DisneySea Fantasy Springs entrance or exit, although it is across the street from the hotel. There are ZERO Disney perks with staying at this hotel.   The best stay for the family

  Such a beautiful hotel, we had the best stay coming as a family of three with our 5 year old to head to Tokyo Disney. The location is nice and close to the parks while being affordable, the breakfast buffet was the best we’ve ever had with great selection, the room was spacious (very very big by Tokyo standards!) with a beautiful Tokyo Bay view with thoughtful amenities. The baths by the pool was a must visit if you’re not already visiting onsens elsewhere.
