Very nice airport hotel

My wife and I spend one night here on a Narita layover. It’s a standard airport hotel - lots of airline crews - but had everything you’d expect for a nice, short stay. The room was comfortable, decent sized and quiet. It’s a bit isolated but that doesn’t mean much in an airport hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent! There’s also a lounge that serves food and a formal Chinese restaurant we did not try. There’s an airport shuttle that we also didn’t take. Very comfortable stay. Better choise another hotel

Chiose another hotel. It is worn out and the worst Experience i had in Japan and for a long time at Hilton. Only some examples: Breakfast room dirty, my table was dirty and i cleaned it by myself, the pastry definitely from yesterday., the rest not tasty. The hotel is far from airport (often only one Shuttle per hour) and far away from public transport (18 Minutes walk in the nowhere), At check in nobody told about a Shuttle to narita,. What a pity. Staff seems not trained at all, Most unfriendly and unqualified ii have exoerienced in whole Japan. When i adressed issues Nobody cared. Convenient, but dated hotel!

This must have been something special in 1996! In 2026, it is a clean hotel with a friendly staff that is convenient to the airport for an early morning flight. Nothing more, nothing less. Run down hotel, stuck in the 90s.

Very run down hotel. Rooms are over due for a refurbishment. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. The restaurants only work on weird hours, couldn’t even get sushi at the Japanese restaurant for lunch. Loved the attached 711 inside the hotel. The shuttle is every hour, annoying if you’ve just missed it at the airport. Being a 15min drive, you’d think it’d run every 30mins. Awesome gym and pool, that was the only saving grace.
