    Good location

    rating07 Mar 2026

The double bed room is quite small. You can open up 2x 28” luggage but no space to walk. The room does not have USB charger outlet. The door lock is still using old traditional manual key instead of electronics card! Location is good. Only about 5-10mims walk to nearby Tenjin train station. Surrounding full of eateries and shopping centre. The street food is just opposite the hotel. Hotel staff can communicate basic english. Best to use Google translator if you need more help from them. Our luggage sent over by Yamato from hokkaido was stucked in tokyo (according to apple airtag) for a few days and we asked the hotel to help us call and checked. They did a great job in helping us but unable to help us accept the luggage and sent it back to us out of japan after we check out n left japan because that was Yamato’s restrictions. They can only send left over items internationally but not a whole luggage. Didn’t use much of the hotel facilities so can’t comment on them.

    Bad experience ever in Japan

    rating13 Feb 2025

A very bad experience for visit this hotel, probably the worst experience in Japan travel. Staffs barely know any English and provided very minimal help to guests. At the same price range, you could find many ideal hotels nearby this location. Simply DO NOT suggest you to rent this.

    Good location but nothing else

    rating06 Oct 2024

The location of this hotel is good in the buzzing Tenjin area of the city and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately our room was awful: tiny, gloomy and decorated in a really dated brown colour. The bathroom was so small my husband said it reminded him of a caravan bathroom and the door opened out into the room. The window looked out onto a multi storey car park so had pretty much no natural light and we had no idea what the weather was like. The bed was very large but too big for the room so there was literally 4 inches between the bed and the wall on one side and about a 18 inches on the other side. There wasn’t any wardrobe space or in room safe. We managed to get both our cases opened but then had to climb over them to get to the bathroom. Because the room was so small, the cool air from the aircon unit flowed along the ceiling and then dropped down the wall onto our head and necks while we were in bed so we both woke up with stiff necks. The breakfast buffet was limited. Please don’t stay there, we would have moved before staying had in not been just one night. We were on the 5th floor.

Good stay, Breakfast could be better

    rating17 May 2023

The stay was comfortable, the room looked quite old in a way, or maybe it’s just the color. But apart from this I had a good stay, clean facilities. The hotel had a parking lot, limited space but not many cars are parked there anyways. You can book the parking in advance to secure a space. The onsen facility is good, there’s an indoor bath and an outdoor bath. The breakfast buffet was quite lacking in my opinion, it could be improved.

    Was hoping for better

    rating01 Jan 2020

The hotel is currently going through some renovations at the moment, but this is not the reason behind the three star rating. I think the hotel is a little out dated, esp items inside the rooms. For room key, they give you a three item bunch: 1) a physical key (old style), 2) a laminated card with address, wifi password, etc, and 3) a plastic stick that you use to slot in on the wall the switch the lights on, so it is quite a chunk yo carry around. Then, in the bathroom, the taps are still operated by two phyiscal nobs, one each for hot and cold water. The hot is so hot that it takes a while to get it to warm if you like your water like that. The service still great, breakfast very nice, and the roof top public bath amazing too. Just I feel the whole experience is a little out-dated.
