    Stayed in a triple room which was actually an extra bed in a twin room, so space was a bit tight. There was nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness and location. Service was inconsistent but this was not a big deal for us since we were there for only one night.     We stayed here for two separate nights, interspaced with a night away elsewhere in Kyushu. The staff were all polite and helpful and even agreed to store our large luggage for the one night that we were away. The hotel is also about 7 mins walk from the main entrance of Hakata JR station and even closer to one of the smaller entrances (note the escalator only goes down into the station). The breakfast buffet was nice and had some unexpected options like steamed veg and dimsums and mini ham and egg sandos though the dining room is fairly small and fills up quickly.The only complaint was that on our first night we were allocated a room that smelled of stale cigarette smoke and on the second night the room did not smell but was very dusty.

    The hotel front desk has a good luggage storage service. They can send your storage luggage directly to your room before you completed the check in process. The hotel room use the eco-friendly wood cup for the guest to use in the water dispenser in every floor’s corridor. My mom cannot speak Japanese. The Japanese staff let another staff which know our mother tongue to speak to my mom to help her find the water dispenser. The hotel is very closed the Hakata railway station. And the breakfast is very delicious. The staffs are very nice and friendly. Thank you for your good service.     Good hotels. Near to station, only need walk 17minutes and you arrived there. The staff nice too. So responsive.     Absolutely spot on! On arrival at the hotel staff could not do enough for us. Carried our luggage (there's escalator and stairs down to reception from the main road). Very efficient at check. Good regular lifts and our rooms were spotless. They are quite small but you expect that in Tokyo. Very good standard. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff were fabulous. The location is fantastic, close the Shibuya crossing, Haatchi statue and shopping centre. All in all an excellent hotel, great value for money and I would 100% recommend it.
