The restaurant was undergoing renovation at the time of my visit, but it didn’t mar my breakfast at all. It is by far the best brekky I had in my 10 days in Fukuoka. The variety is astounding. Quality of food top notch.Value for $ stay I would say. The corner room on level 4 (room 435) I shared with my husband is a touch small and the weird layout meant we had to meander our way through after opening our luggage. Best to take out what u need and keep it closed.Nice to have a vanity table. And windows that allowed for ventilation. I had to do my Pilates on the bed. But no biggy. I wouldn’t mind staying here again for the good breakfast, accessible location and pleasant onsen. Also appreciate the functional male and female laundry rooms

Great experience, but rude front desk staff!

Staff in the front desk, rude and nothing polite! ( that´s why my 3 star experience ).Room was confortable and clean.Breakfast was very good, with variety to choose from. Delicious food and lots of Korean dishes.Staff in the breakfast was Amazing and lovely.The spa was very good and clean.I really enjoyed it.

This hotel serves Hakata traditional breakfast which was something new to me as they were using fermented fish, meat and vege to pair with rice. The hotel is too far away (by walking) from the main station which was the main drawback. Nothing to shout about for this hotel.

When in Japan, I look for 3 facilities, local breakfast, onsen and location. You get them all here. F&B, shopping, yatai and main transport hubs are within 10 - 15 minutes leisure walk. We did a day trip to Nagasaki with their express coach. The bus terminal is just on the north side of Hakkata Station, pre-book online before you leave home and you will get reserved seats. The International Airport is within the city and this hotel is fairly near to it, It cost us a very convenient Japanese Yen 1,330 by metered taxi to the airport. Should have taken a taxi upon arrival as well.
