  Overall, it was a weird stay...Wanted to take a look at breakfast buffet but was told by a customer that i was not allowed to look at the items available unless I had a breakfast ticket.Room was dirty, there was an insect in our room.Hotel not really close to Hakata Station.

  A well designed hotel with onsen and overnight parking. We stayed for four nights and the service was excellent, with great breakfast options and there was a family Mart at the ground level. The check-in and check out was a breeze. Internet wifi coverage was good. Reception was helpful with good tips on shopping and sight seeing options

  The hotel was quite new, and the front desk was highly automated. The hotel rooms were a bit small, but there was enough space to open two suitcases. The price was reasonable. The only less than ideal aspect was that the parking lot was not big enough.   Great hotel. Great hospitality. Nice public bath. The hotel has everything and it’s comfortable. It’s right near the JR Hakata station. Walkable to attractions and shops.   Very near Hakata station. Lobby is not street level but has escalators. Checkin and check out can be done through touch screen if you’ve reserved ahead of time and has multiple languages to display. Onsen or the public bath and very clean just know when it’s open. Room is big compared to Osaka and Tokyo for the same price bracket. Bathroom doesn’t have a step up to go in which is pretty common in other hotels. It’s a non smoking room but there’s definitely smells of smoke. Bed and pillow is firm.
