Location

The hotel is directly connected with JR Hiroshima Station. It is 50 minutes by limousine bus (charges apply) from Hiroshima Airport. The bus departs from the Shinkansen terminal at Hiroshima Station.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 403 rooms, including 4 suites and 214 single rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Good value, old hotel

    The main point here is the location. Next to the trainstation and very convenient if you visit Hiroshima for a short stop. You drop your luggage in the morning, get into town to see all the highlights and leave next day, all directly connected to the station. The downside: the hotel is outdated and needs renovation, especially the rooms. Front desk service is also average (they are not prepared to discuss ore solve any issue, which we had with the room) and they are very slow. And then there is a certain small in the lobby, a mix between cleaning shampoo and fish...At the other side, prices are low and the value is thus quit good.

    This hotel has very good location . We came in on the Shinkansen in the morning and was convenient to find it. We were early do could not check in but there was a facility to leave bags three. This hotel is a meeting point for tour so that was handy. The guide took us to the coach which again was a floor below so was convenient. Please make sure you have some drinks with you as there is no tea / coffee machine or drinking water machine in the lobby for early guest.The buffet breakfast was good.     Terrific location - 2 minutes walk from check-out to Shinkansen gate !! Very central to station/tram terminal, but a long walk to other retail and commercial areas of the city, and main historic sites. A luxury style hotel (very modern), but large number of rooms makes it feel a little impersonal.     Great location next to train station and bus Terminal, including the loop sightseeing buses which are free with the JR rail pass. Good sized room with large twin beds. Clean rooms and helpful staff.     Prime location next to JR station - so convenient!

    Superb location just next to the station. We came here direct from the Shinkansen and loved that we did not need to drag our cases any further! It is also really well located next to the trains that go to miyajima and the tourist sightseeing loop bus too. Loads of restaurants walkable too. The breakfast selection was great and staff were very welcoming. The concierge recommended a great okonomiyaki restaurant to us.
