It was very near a lot of food places. O booked this place because it was very near most pick-up places for tours. It's near JR station. They allowed me to store my luggage for a few days prior to our stay since we went to Niseko.

Fine for a short stay

We had three nights here. The rooms are not large but they're fine for a short stay.We took the bus from the airport and it stops right outside front door of the hotel. The downside was that we had to wait for 6 busses before we could get on one, so over an hour. If you haven't got much luggage, take the train as it's about a third of the time the bus takes. It's then about an 8 minute walk to the hotel.They have a good breakfast selection but there can be a wait at busy times. The staff on the front desk all seem to speak English to a reasonable standard and are very helpful.

The hotel is conveniently situated in between key locations. It is close to Odori Park and Sapporo Station by a few minutes' walk. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was good, amenities were complete, and the facilities were clean. Overall, it was a great stay.

Relaxing hotel

This hotel in Sapporo is our favorite; it's our third time here. The views from the room were breathtaking, truly something out of a postcard. Every detail, from the decor to the service, was just perfect. I felt so pampered and relaxed during my entire visit. Honestly, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Thanks to Mr. Ibrim, the supervisor at the front desk; he is very kind and professional.Breakfast is superb.

We stayed for 4 days. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel abit weary but well maintained.(+) breakfast, friendly staff, bus stop infront of the hotel from Chitose.(-) location, abit pricey, old hotel.
