Stayed here for a week. Love the location, center of Niseko. Plus: Very nice and kind staffs, spacious apartment, well stocked kitchen, welcome food package, complimentary parking, ski/boot room, very quick shuttle service. Fast wifi. Cons: Still need to drive/take shuttle to ski slope, no private onsen (this is a big deal coz we got bored), no game room or board games for entertainment at nights with the kids. For me it was unfortunate Mt Yotei view was blocked by a building right smack in the middle so just manage your expectation. Improvement: Add more options for activities, add instruction in laundry room in English, and staffs more knowledgeable where to go for ski.

Our family recently stayed at Chatrium Niseko, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible hospitality of the Housekeeping Manager, Kumar.From the moment we arrived, Kumar went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was always just a message away, responding instantly to every request or concern we had. What truly stood out was his genuine care and patience; he took the extra initiative to personally explain hotel features and details to my 80-year-old mother, making her feel incredibly welcomed and at ease.The level of integrity and efficiency from his team is also worth noting—they managed to retrieve a phone we had accidentally left behind, handling the situation with total professionalism.If you are looking for 5-star service where the staff truly treats you like family, Chatrium Niseko is the place to be. Honestly, we just cannot find a better place to stay, feels like a home away from home. The core staff are great and the seasonal staff are also. They go out of their way to make sure the stay is enjoyable. They assist with all the snow activities which make the logistics a lot easier on your first visit to Japan for skiing or snowboarding.
