  Great Location next to Odori Park

  Second time I have stayed at this hotel because it's accross the street from the Sapporo Snow Festival. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations are perfect for a one night stay. Parking close by or the hotel also has parking. Transportation just out the front door if you do not have a car. The Onsen is a night relaxing thing to do before bed. I may even stay here again next year for the Snow Festival if available.

The check‑in and check‑out processes were quick, smooth, and hassle‑free, setting the tone for an excellent stay.The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and the bathroom was consistently clean and well‑maintained. Fresh towels and pajamas were provided daily, ensuring comfort throughout the stay.The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready with accurate solutions to any questions or issues. Their professionalism added great value to the overall experience.The location is exceptional, offering a beautiful view of the snow park right from the room window. Guests also enjoy convenient access to nearby shopping malls and the Tajima Fish Market.For added convenience, the limousine bus to the airport stops right in front of the hotel, making travel easy and comfortable.Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, prime location, and thoughtful amenities—highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo.

  Booked two twin rooms in Jan 26Below is my reviewPros1) Airport bus stop in front of Hotel2) Staff very efficient, polite, friendly and approachable 3) From Hotel Front Entrance - a) turn left is subway Exit 1 (stairs) b) turn right walk about 3 mins Exit 14/14B (Lift) - to subway shopping street - very convenient 3) From Hotel Back Entrance- a) abt 200 M to Parco, b) Mega Don Doki c) Tanukikoji Shopping Street and d) Electric train bus stop4) Subway shopping street will lead to Odori , Sapporo and Susukino Stn - many eateries available 5) Seicomart and pharmacy is located on the left side of hotel front entrance - within walking distance6) Italian restaurant at Ground Floor ConsNilStrongly recommended

  A very good hotel location great for the ice festival comfortable rooms had a double room with all amenities and had a kettle and mini fridge. Staff were very good and helpful especially chiemi Tachibana at the front desk..also the onsen was great after a long day.added bonus.very pleasant stay .thanks

  Great Hotel with good location and Onsen facilities

  - The hotel location is just beside Odori Park and beside Odori station.- The room is big and clean and the toilet comes with a bath tub.- Onsen is clean and provides water and free ice cream.- The breakfast spread is not bad but seating area are limited.
