  Located not too far away from the subway and tram station, we are not surprised how busy the hotel is. However, the service provided is still good and there is nothing much to complain about.   The hotel is clean and staff are helpful. Just that we arrived at the same time with a tour group which made the reception and elevator area a bit cramp and messy. It's located in a quiet heart of a busy area and is close to transportations and shops. The only thing surprised us was it is in the middle of the red light district! Eye opening to see latest trends of night lives and types of clubs, bars and entertainment businesses.   Located in Susukino area it's accessible to many restaurants, bars, convenient stores and the shopping street. Our room was cozy, nice with enough space to move around. Amenities are provided at the lobby such as coffee, toothbrush etc. Staff were very accommodating and helpful to your needs. They have a laundry area too so it's super convenient to wash your clothes if ever you didn't bring enough for your trip.   While the hotel was OK on the 6th February my wife and 2 friends approach a male at the reception desk for directions. They asked in English to which the desk clerk spoke but only to be yelled at and spoken down to as if they were dogs. All three of the girls are Thai nationals and for some reason the reception guy decided they were all beneath him . No one deserves to be disrespected in such a way. Management need to re-educate the guy or tell him to find another job.   We were delighted to stay 3 nights in the newly opened hotel. It is conveniently located in the city centre, the subway which is closed to the hotel is Susukino. Surrounded by many eatery places and convenient stores. Free nice coffee 24/7 at the reception. Free toiletries at the reception if you needed any. Very accommodating. Highly recomended.
