  Absolutely love this hotel. Great staff! They are on point with their service. Food is delicious and breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I've been exploring Japan and I can't say how much I love this hotel compared to the others. The only down side it is not close to any lines. It is about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride to susikino.

  I had chosen the Premier Tsubaki Hotel for a 4 days/nights stay in Sapporo to explore the city and its vicinity.Its location is just perfect! Next to the main bridge towards Downtown one can allways go on foot to the main Sightseeing and Shopping spots, great!My rate did not include breakfast and hence and cannot judge it. However, there is a fridge available in each room. So perfect, to care for oneself.I used the nice gym daily (take into account that there is a long break over noon 10-15 hrs where neither Gym nor Sauna can be used).House keeping was simply excellent! Great work done 👍Overall, to me this Hotel makes the best place one could choose to stay in Sapporo 👌

  I stayed here for a few days to get some snowboarding in Sapporo. I booked online and was able to get things organised before arriving, like parking. They have an underground carpark which was convenient for the stay but it was an added extra. The hotel itself is quite fancy with multiple restaurants on site as well as a gym and baths. It is also across the Toyohira River from the main city center. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to get to Susukino. The rooms were very large and spacious. The beds were large and comfortable. There was Wifi throughout the building. I was also able to access the Status Lounge which had comfy seats, snacks and drinks at certain times in the evening.It was an enjoyable stay and was easy to get to with a car. It also looked like they had buses to pick up and drop off at the Sappro station. It was nice value for money.

  Excellent choice for a quiet stay not far from the city center.

  Except for a mishmash of competing visual effects this is an excellent deal:Super courteous and helpful staff.English language friendly.Location next to river and recreation.Big guest rooms with seating area.Big bathroon with comfy tub, spacious shower, good water pressure for massage function. Excellent Japanese restaurant is reasonable. Super generous breakfast buffet is reasonable.Excellent Chinese restaurant is pricey.Brilliant barber/stylist.Weddings and conferences do not interfere with hotel operations.

  Location: just ok, somewhat far from good restaurants and Odori park, it takes a long walk to get there.Service: excellent, staff can speak good English, and ready to help/ assist.Food: buffet is comprehensive, nice, well-lit restaurant, generally tastes good.
