    We stayed one night and we were three in one room. It was big enough and clean beautiful and in the bathroom was all what we need. A lot of amenities and slippers towels are luxury. We loved staying it was worth and we stayed in four star hotels in other cities in Japan, this deserves to be catogorised as four star hotel for the very very good every thing.They offered free drinks downstairs. We had no breakfast so i cannot say about it.But it looked like very good.When we checked out the breakfast room was full. I recommend you to stay in this hotel more than one night. Kobe is beautiful and there is a lot to do in it.

    We stayed on a Thursday and Friday. Check in and check out were easy. Staff is very helpful and speaks English well. Breakfast is not included, but there is a 7-11 around the corner. Instant coffee is available across from the checkin desk to use in your room. Happy hour is 5:00-8:00 with tiny bites and drinks, all free including wine.

    Hotel is close to Kobe Sannomiya Station. When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, it was happy hours, where drinks, including alcohol, and snacks were available.Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. One even printed out bus schedule and direction to bus terminal from hotel for me. Room size is small like most rooms in Japan. Room, towels and bedsheets are clean.     Took advantage of the Day Rate as a workplace

    Needed a quiet area to work and a quiet place to have confidential meetings. An excellent option to using a co-working space.Took advantage of their Day Rate.All rooms face an inner courtyard. Quiet, clean with a desk and internet. This room had a decent-sized sofa. Not too far from Sannomiya station.Will definitely consider this place again when we have a similar need. Did not stay overnight, did not use the restaurant or other amenities.

    We stayed here per recommendation by our business partner and the prices are descent, the location is near everything from a market, to all three main convenient store brands, train station and several restaurants to choose from.Absolutely will use it again next time around this area or even Osaka because us not far from there and it’s much cheaper too.
