We stayed one night in this hotel within our circuit through Japan.Very central hotel and very well located but in a rather noisy area.The hotel is old, very clean, the beds comfortable the bathroom small but very good.The breakfast buffet very scarce for Western food.The hotel staff very friendly always. Centrally located hotel in a quiet side street. Sannomiya area. Certainly well above your typical business hotel as the room was quite spacious and the receptionists/concierges offer expert advice on everything Kobe and beyond.The hotel also has a spa area and hosts an Italian restaurant. The large breakfast buffet (both Western and Washoku) requires pre-registration and clocks in at ¥2750 (not included in room rate).Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Amazing customer service. Delicious breakfast. The Room was very clean, with open spaces. Enjoyed the stay. Will liked to visit once more. Hotel interiors was very impressive.
