  Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. We were on the train facing side and the soundproofing is excellent. The staff were very helpful when we needed to transfer our luggage elsewhere. Breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfy. What more could you ask for!

  I very much liked this hotel, its clean and the rooms have space. Good restaurant next to it en familymart aswel! I liked the food in the restaurant and we also took breakfast wich was very nice. You can choose between three main breakfast dishes and a drink.

  The location is gold. Right outside of the Yokohama train station. The Yokohama station itself is huge so still expect a walk.Service is fast and efficient. No issues with laundry or anything for that matter.

  The hotel is located just a 3 mins walk from the Yokohama Station (Exit through North West Exit A). The rooms are small, but it's an incredibly efficient hotel. We didn't spend too much time in the rooms anyway, the little we did: the bed is comfortable, the AC is great, the amenities in the hotel are great and the staff are very nice. That is all that matters. Chose a higher floor away from the train line room and it was very noiseless. a Family Mart is attached to the hotel and is very convenient.

  Joining a cruise from Yokohama on 27Apr24, we choose to go there 2 days before so as to avoid any last minute rush. We booked this Sotetsu Fresa Inn because of it's favorable location. It's only 15mins drive to the pier by taxi and 3-5mins walk to the near-by restaurants where you can have choices more than you need. Waking around the area of Bay Quarter in a sunny day and have a nice cup of coffee is always a wonderful thing to do.The hotel is small, but clean and tidy as a whole. We were assigned with room 404 which is a deluxe twin. The room is not big but the space under the beds are good enough to store the suitcases and which is suggested by the hotel management. The self-checkin process is simple and easy to handle. Staff at the counter are very helpful and able to answer all questions in English. Transportation from hotel to the pier was arranged by the hotel staff day before. A small coffee shop located right next to the lobby provides very good sandwiches and coffee. A convenient store 'Familymart' is located on the other side of the lobby. Comparing the room rate they are charging, it is highly recommended.
