  Guys this hotel is under renovation the whole building is blocked off so you cant see out any windows they dont tell you this till you arrive and the noise is unbearable.Great location if you dont mind being in a room with no light and bulldozers.The breakfast isnt the best but the beds are comfortable and the staff are friendly. We deeply apologize for any discomfort this may have caused you due to our lack of prior notice regarding the renovation of our hotel. As you write, our hotel is currently covered by construction scaffolding and curtains, making it impossible to open the windows or enjoy the view out of the windows, while at the same time, noisy work is being carried out during the day, mainly from 10:00 to 15:00. We have posted information about the construction work on the websites of our various reservation sites, but we will make every effort to describe the work in more clear and detailed terms in the future.   We picked this hotel due to its walkability and public transport links. It was a great find! The rooms were a little older, but clean, tidy and quite large.   Smelt of cigarettes 🤢

  Hotel is in a great location. Room was adequate however the whole floor and our room smelt of cigarettes. We did book a non-Smoking room. Lucky we could crack open the window to let fresh air in. It must be a known problem as there was spray air freshener in the room. This helped neutralise the smell for a little while. We stayed for 4 nights and the smell was consistent.   Good location but a bit pricey for what you get

  Hotel right in the heart of the Gino tourist district right close the Higashi ridge that is lined with all the temples to make for easy walking loops. Rooms are very small but you should b e out looking at the temples? Hotel is reasonably expensive so somewhat paying for location.
