    Excellent location.Atmosphere zero.Room was very small with dysfunctional bathroom.     Nice hotel with lousy service

    Have stayed there several times, and although the rooms are small, the breakfast and spa are both very nice.     Great hotel in Kyoto

    Great location being just a short walk from the shinkansen train station. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was delicious with lots of varieties. The lounge area was nice with lots of different coffee/matcha/tea.     Excellent location, public baths and lounge

    The hotel is just directly opposite Kyoto Station if you come by Shinkansen from Tokyo (the Shinkansen Hajicho East Exit). It is opposite the Avanti building. There are separate men and women public baths. While the women public bath can get crowded after 8.30 pm, the men's public bath was almost always "not crowded" and you can check the status of the crowd from your hotel TV. Since we were usually resting in our hotel from 3 pm to 5 pm, both public baths were not crowded. There is no coffee making facility in the room but there is a lounge with a great coffee machine and you can bring the coffee up to your room. Also, when it was a rainy day, the hotel provided umbrellas for you to loan when you are out.     Great hotel for location to station and the best breakfast

    Great location 2 mins from Kyōto station. The best breakfast, the choice was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the deluxe room was a good size and the room had a fridge. Loved the robot in the reception and dining room. Friendly and professional staff….a special mention to Fujimoto in the dining room for her beautiful smile and friendly banter.
