  Good value for money for single and couple travellers

  Good value for money. The room was too small for a family. We had a double and an extra bed . There was no room to move around . For single or couple, it is a good value for money . Close to station close enough to kyoto tower, good staff . Breakfast was good value and perfect to start your day.

  鄰近鬧區，附近是熱鬧的四条車站，交通及生活機能方便。房間空間較小，28吋行李箱無法完全打開攤平。泡溫泉是最大亮點，以低廉價格得到超值的舒適體驗。Close to the downtown area, near the station, convenient . Room space is small, 28-inch luggage can not be completely open flattened. Spa is very good. At a low price to get a comfortable experience.

  use exit #6 from subway if you have heavy luggage. Exit 6 has elevator and it 's just only 50 metres from hotel. subway Exit 8 is closer but no elevator.Bus No 5 and 26 from kyoto station also drop you next to exit 6(subway exit) as well.Breakfast is typically japanese. bathroom is super clean. room is small ( semidouble room). Wifi signal is great. They also have Ta-q-bin pick up service for additional fee.self coin-operated laundry is available and close to breakfast area.

  We lodged Super Hotel during sakura's peak period. There is only smoking room available. Fortunately, the room smelt ok. The only disadvantage is small, small, small. There is no space to open my luggage. The only way is put my luggage on the bed and open it.

  My partner and I stayed here initially because the all of the minshuku in the area were booked out very early due to the busy New Year season, and it was in a great location at an excellent price.While it was not as up-to-date as other hotels and the rooms are on the small side even for Japan, it was more than adequate in terms of facilities and cleanliness.I wiuld like to emphasise, however, how wonderful the staff are at the hotel. I happened to get quite ill during my stay and the front of house staff were very helpful and accommodating. They kept giving my partner more water for me when he visited the front desk and asked if I needed more blankets. Despite the fact that it was a holiday season and many places were closed, they arranged hospital visits for me on multiple occasions and spent what probably added up to hours on the phone searching for hospitals that were open and had an english speaking doctor on staff. They also arranged taxis for us each time we needed to go back to the hospital.On two occasions due to my illness we needed to cancel other accommodation and we had to stay on in Kyoto. Each time, despite the late notice, the staff were very accommodating and understanding in allowing us to extend our stay.When I was well enough to attend the free breakfast, the staff were very cheerful and pleasant and asked me how I was feeling. This level of kindness and care made us feel so welcome. It is rare to find a hotel where the staff remember you so well, though I imagine they had probably seen a little too much of us by the end of the stay.While we didn't get to stay in traditional accommodation like we had wanted in Kyoto, we were very pleased with the experience.
