  Zero empathetic and bad English

  The hotel was ok, but the check in experience was very bad.Starting with their English skills that are very basic, and made communication difficult.Second, we came from a super long an delayed flight from miami, and because of the delays we lost the opportunity to check in early, we checked in 3 hours before checkout 11 am, asked for late check out, and explained this situation to them and they refused late checkout. We only asked for one more hour to rest, but they didn’t care or didn’t understand. So please be careful staff at this hotel have zero empathy, don’t come

  It’s easily accessible from Sandai Station, even during the snow season, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel amenities are basic, but sufficient for a short stay or business trip. I didn’t feel the need to add the breakfast option, as there are several good choices nearby.

  This hotel is located by three minutes walk from JR Sendai station.You can travel to any derections and have good shopping, food & Souvenir/gift easily in that station.Of course, hotel will give you good atmosphere and make you safe & confortable.Also, welcome to drive a car, parking lot is available, 1,500 yen / one night.Enjoy Tohoku, Japan.JR仙台駅から徒歩３分の立地で、かつ雰囲気がよく安全に心地良く過ごすことができます。自動車でもOKです。駐車場があり、Ⅰ泊１５００円です。

  This hotel is located next to Sendai train station and the shopping malls and shopping streets. The rooms are modern and very comfortable.   About 5min walk from Sendai station. The room isn’t that small compared to ones we’ve stayed in Tokyo. Staffs are nice, breakfast is good. We stayed on 7F, there is a building outside our window and it’s really close. We assumed it’s a office building, because it’s the new year so there isn’t any one in that building, you might not want to open the curtain otherwise.
