Zero empathetic and bad English
06 Jan 2026
The hotel was ok, but the check in experience was very bad.Starting with their English skills that are very basic, and made communication difficult.Second, we came from a super long an delayed flight from miami, and because of the delays we lost the opportunity to check in early, we checked in 3 hours before checkout 11 am, asked for late check out, and explained this situation to them and they refused late checkout. We only asked for one more hour to rest, but they didn’t care or didn’t understand. So please be careful staff at this hotel have zero empathy, don’t come

Conveniently Located with Easy Access from the Terminal Station
05 Sept 2024
It’s easily accessible from Sandai Station, even during the snow season, making it convenient for travelers. The hotel amenities are basic, but sufficient for a short stay or business trip. I didn’t feel the need to add the breakfast option, as there are several good choices nearby.

Perfect central location
19 Jan 2020
This hotel is located next to Sendai train station and the shopping malls and shopping streets. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The breakfast is very good as well, serving both Japanese and some Western food. jalcitysendaifront, フロントオフィスマネージャー at Hotel JAL City Sendai, responded to this review After you use hotel JAL City Sendai this time.Thank you very much truly. You can meet this stay, and it's felt very happily. Our hotel is at near the limit more than Sendai station, and it's also blessed with access around here to the downtown area.By all means, we look forward to serving you again.

Great location
07 Jan 2020
About 5min walk from Sendai station. The room isn’t that small compared to ones we’ve stayed in Tokyo. Staffs are nice, breakfast is good. We stayed on 7F, there is a building outside our window and it’s really close. We assumed it’s a office building, because it’s the new year so there isn’t any one in that building, you might not want to open the curtain otherwise. NorthStar810435, フロントオフィスマネージャー at Hotel JAL City Sendai, responded to this review Thank you for using Hotel JAL City Sendai. It seems that this stay was satisfactory,I am very happy. We look forward to seeing you again.
