    Hotel was a handy location to Nagano station and close to lots of dining options.Room was clean however the bedding was uncomfortable and air conditioning didn’t work very well with room being too warm.Generally the staff were hospitable however on checkout we asked for a taxi to the station and were unconditionally advised to walk there and may have been a language barrier.

    Good hotel and location. Negative is that during winter they have heating on all the time and you cant switch off or turn cooling on. At night we were very hot and uncomfortable even with window open at 0 degrees. The room gets very stuffy

    Great stay at Nagano

    One of the best hotel stays in Japan. We stayed for 3 nights & used this place as a base to explore the region. The rooms were bigger than the standard rooms for this budget. We got a good deal at Agoda. The room had all the standard amenities. We were able to sleep comfortably.This property is a bit of a walk from Nagano railway station. Doable & we took around 15 minutes one way. Overall a great stay & we would love to visit them again.

    Stayed for four nights in this JAL city hotel.... The stay was rather comfortable and no issues. But compared to JAL city hotel in other cities, this one is pretty ordinary, and the facility seems a bit old.It is about 10 mins walk from Nagano station, which is not bad.

    - excellent location, near the station and in the heart of the city- fabulous breakfast, huge choice and local products; attention though, you must be accustomed to the traditional Japanese breakfast, not so many western options- the room was great, pretty big for Japanese standards; the hotel starts to show its age but it's well maintained- friendly staff, very helpful
