    高校生で友達と4人で1泊2日で泊まりに行きました お風呂、ご飯、部屋、フロントの対応等全てが素晴らしかったです 遠くから夜行バスで行きましたが、2日目帰る話をフロントでした時親身になって聞いて頂き、チェックアウトの時間から電車の時刻を調べて貰ったり、シャトルバスが無くなっていたのでタクシー使おうかと話をしていたら無料送迎バスを特別に出して頂きました また、体育館があり、卓球をしたいと話をしていたの...

    今回はご無理も聞いてもらい、助かりました。 ①妻が風邪をこじらし、到着後満室のためアーリーチェックインは無理でしたが休憩室で待ちながらも13時には部屋を清掃し入れてもらいました。 こちらは無料の対応です。 ②バスが20:15。バスセンターではすべて18時閉店のため前回かなり待ったこともあり、夕食追加と20時までの滞在と送迎も対応してくれゲレンデに最後まで、いれてお風呂、食事、送迎とゆっくりくつろげ...
