    Stayed here for a week using it to explore the island. The room wasn’t big just as most business hotels were in Japan. The bed was comfortable while the toilet was tiny as usual. The 2 lifts serving 13 levels were busy during peak hours and it might take a while for our turn.The main issue we had was the erratic wifi which was a pain throughout the stay. There were two convenience stores around the hotel and the monorail station was also nearby.Overall a good area with a mall on one side.

    The first thing I noticed at this hotel was mustiness. The room was even mustier. As I only stayed for one night, it was tolerable.The communal bath was excellent and relaxing. I enjoyed wide range of food selection at breakfast buffet from local Okinawan to western. There is a convenience store and Okinawan restaurant just across the road. If I visit Naha again, I will probably look for another accommodation first, mainly because of the foul smell

    I had a delightful experience staying at this hotel, Every staff exceeded my expectations with their exceptional kindness and attentiveness. The room is clean, well-appointed, and have a nice city view.The hotel's breakfast were excellent, and provided a variety of delicious choices. The location is very convenient, allowing us to easily explore the city. Overall, my stay was memorable and I will visit again

    We arrived at our hotel and were quickly checked in. Our room was larger than standard with a separate ensuite. It had a small refrigerator and a kettle and cups. It had complimentary teas but they were green tea nor did we have spoons or cutlery.It did serve an extensive buffet style breakfast and also self serve laundry.It has one of the best locations one could ask for. Close to the monorail, Naha Main Place, Prefectural Museum and it was close to family who lived nearby. The staff were always helpful and patient, as we don’t speak much Japanese, the room was comfortable and the hotel location was great for getting around Naha
