  Gorgeous hotel in great location

  The hotel is in a fabulous location and is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The rooms are beautiful and the pool area is wonderful. I agree with all the excellent reviews and recommend staying here when coming to Naha if this hotel fits your budget.

  Stayed 6 days at this establishment and all I can say is that staff customer service is flawless. We were wowed firstly by the amenities of the hotel, the decor, the location and the food offerings.The hotel is right in the middle of the main shopping street where all the action is. There are numerous restaurants, shops, market, take away, famous Don Quixote store, bars, night clubs and beauty salons close by.Hotel itself is sleek and beautifully decorated. There is paid parking in a multi storey garage at the back of the hotel. The attendant assists you and you drive your car on a plate which rotates and goes up to your slot. Seamless and efficient.Room rather warm as air con only goes down to 19 C but with help of air purifier in room and leaving key card in the slot in the room, it got cooler in the evening.The walk in shower and bath tub are big and room is a big size for Japanese standards.Unfortunately windows do not open so initially room smelt a bit musty but was quickly sorted out by receptionist who did everything he could to make it better.Key card is needed in elevators which is good for security.The highlight of this trip as weather was really not in our favour due to heavy winds and downpours, was the spa, Onsen and hot tub.They are all immaculately clean, attendants on hand and will explain how everything works.Steam room and Onsen are very hot but there are 3 showers available and these Onsens are separate for men and women. There is also a cold bath available.We used the hot tub attached to the pool on the 4th floor and the gentleman named Kato was amazing. He made sure we didn’t get wet in the rain, looked after us and covered our belongings without asking, from the rain. This personal touch shows how staff are amazing and genuinely care about you.Then there was breakfast which was plentiful and varied. There was an omelette station manned by chef Rakinohama who was equally wonderful always asking how you would like your omelettes cooked, going out of his way to please and spoke perfect English. He was a true gem and it was always a pleasure to see his beaming smile when you came down for breakfast in the morning. The waitress named Hanna from Indonesia, equally superb in service and went above and beyond in her duties. So polite, caring and always making sure we were okay even though the breakfast set up got very busy.The star of the show was receptionist Mr Keiji Kuniyoshi. We have never met anyone in any hotel as professional, helpful and who genuinely loved to sort any issues guests have. He made reservations for us for dinner and a nail salon and even printed out everything on how to get there. He always checked that we were happy and even though he had limited English, his use of google translate was astonishing. He really is the example employee and deserves a promotion for all his efforts and work ethic.When we return to Okinawa again, we would definitely return to the Hotel Collective, merely because we were looked after like royalty. The little touches by the above members of staff made such a positive and memorable impact on us, that we feel compelled to return as we wouldn’t get this anywhere else.The management should congratulate these employees as they are absolutely OUTSTANDING.

  All-Around Great Service including Rental Car

  We only stayed one night, the last night of our 9 days on Okinawa. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. The hotel Bell staff made rental car arrangements for us prior to our arrival on-island. We began our island adventures with that car and then turned it in at the Hotel Collective when we checked-in for our final night stay. At early check-in, in addition to processing our rental car drop-off, they stowed our luggage, allowed us to pay our room charge up front using our Suica mobile phone apps, and booked us an early morning airport taxi. We really appreciated the service.

  An excellent hotel...staff very friendly and accommodating to your needs...within walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc on Kokusai Dori...included breakfast is very good...on my future visits to Naha I will stay there again for sure...

  Good location along a busy street with nice lobby and good English speaking staff. Lawson just beside the hotel but gets a bit rowdy at night due to nearby nightspots. Room is huge with good amenities and good wifi. Recommended for both business and family on vacation.
