    I and my wife stayed there for four nights. The hygiene was not so good in the room because cockroaches were found every day. On the first day, 1 was found under a pillow. On the second and third day, several were found near the fringe. At last, 1 was found on the ceiling. Although I have complaint for that, no improvement has made.

    3 adults and 1 kid stayed for 1 night in one room. the carpet didn't look clean.but no stink. clean bathroom. neat breakfast. a little bit far from subway station. but walking distance. poor english staff.I had two problem with this hotel.1. they asked me to pay the extra parking fee at first even though I showed them the japanese voucher including parking fee. later, they apologized me.2. I'm not sure it was the hotel's fault or booking.com 's fault. I got e-mail from booking.com site that said I didn't check in the hotel , so I had to pay the cancellation fee. I was angry and asked the front. but the hotelier couldn't managed the problem (maybe because of poor english) so another hotelier came out and finally all settled. the hotel staffs, they looked nice and tried to be nice to guests.... but.... I'm not going to visit again.
