  Best location in the heart of Kokusai Dori

  If this is your first time in Naha city, look no further, this is the hotel you want to stay. It's literally right in the middle of Kokusai Dori (international road). You can stroll down Kokusai Dori for some shopping or walking into the Public Markey Alley for a little taste of Japanese marketplace which is actually my favorite thing to do! The breakfast selection is simple but hearty, with steamed root vegetables and eggs. The rooftop library is small but its got good kids book selection. If you're traveling with young kids, the complementary self-service laundry machines will definitely come in handy. The room is of course small but as for any good Japanese hotel, it is compact but extremely functional!

  Good location near Kokusai Street, staff were welcoming and helpful with some English speakers, breakfast buffet was great (especially the local dishes) and the rooms, although narrow were also good, though the mattress and pillows a bit firmer than we are used to!

  This hotel is within five minutes’ walk from Miebashi Station (Yui Rail) and just round the corner from Kokusai-dori. It is also near a branch of ORIX, where we rented our car for the next part of our trip. We stayed two nights at this hotel as a family with a young kid. The standard double room was rather small and we had difficulty finding space for our suitcases (ended up putting them in the entrance area). Other than that, the room was comfortable and well-designed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large selection of western and Japanese food. Overall speaking, we enjoyed our stay there but would probably choose a bigger room if we stay there again.

  This hotel is in a good location as it is a short distance from the Monorail and very close to shopping street.It is very new and clean with tastefully decorated rooms. Except they over decorated so there was no room to open the case rack and put it under the shelving. It had a lovely bathroom.We ate in the steak restaurant one night. The food was good. The red wine had been refrigerated! We were able to call for an ice bucket with warm water to heat it up in time to enjoy it with the steak. I hope the staff took note to keep some bottles of red wine at room temperature.The hotel had an excellent vending machine. We discovered the whisky and soda.We did not have breakfast so can not comment.We enjoyed staying here very much and would recommend it to other travellers.

  TERRIBLE valet parking staff and non-professional Front Office team

  Never back again there, valet parking staff is so really rude even I explained that I was carrying my kid he was asleep and couldn’t get out of our car faster, he gave us the angry eye contact and told me “check out” directly and I was complained about THAT staff with the his name, he seems without any apologies to me, and I told what the xxxx the staff talk to us, the hotel manager keep saying sorry about the outside weather too hot ... da da da ... come on? !It’s not that hot ok?!... even though he is hot, it’s none of my business, he can not put his emotions to guest,Ok!ay? Hotel manager told us refund the complimentary, I was not like that means I need this. Afterwards, when I went through the hotel lobby and the staffs let me have hard feelings that their eye contacts were too strange. I was the first time was there, it was also the last time.
