  Good motel in walkable neighborhood

  A budget motel in a convenient location. Some ware and tear are bit annoying but tolerable. The room is standard and functional.We were able to walk to main tourist spots and shops in Chatan town. A tons of restaurants are nearby.There were several times, though, the maintenance felt a bit short. For example, lumbers were cluttering one corner of the lobby. Our room on the 4th floor had large stains visible on the carpet and smelled musty.Some services were cumbersome as well. There were a fleet of rental bikes by the entrance, and when I asked about it the hotel staff prompted me to download apps and pay to a different company that runs the rental business. In another case, one morning I ordered a cup of coffee at the lobby restaurant, but they offered to serve it outside of the restaurant because the breakfast buffet was not over yet and they only accepted cash.That said, all the hotel staff were efficient and friendly which helped us enjoy the stay.

  Small rooms but clean and well priced.

  Very reasonably priced, clean and modern hotel in American Village. The room was a bit small for the two of us and our 1-year-old. Would need a family room next time. But would be ideal for couples. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only downside was we were getting second-hand cigarette smoke coming through our air conditioning from the guest next door who was smoking on his balcony. This was pretty disgusting.

  Great family hotel, super friendly staff

  Stayed here in December 2019 during a family trip. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the American Village. Rooms are clean and spacious; it was great that they have baby cribs available for my little one. There are several restaurants and café nearby which I didn't have to walk all the way the American Village for most of the time. Last but not least, the staff at the reception are very friendly which makes my experience a pleasant one.   Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good location

  We stayed in La’gent Hotel for 3 nights. We traveled many locations in Japan and here was the last destination for chilling with nice weather. Hotel is on very good location. You can visit everywhere around by walk. Nice restaurants and good places for shopping in American Village. Rooms are so comfortable you can definitely feel like at home! We were checked in by Machida. It was completely smooth one! She did her best to give nice room for us! Thanks to her first impression was perfect! We really appreciated her job! During stay Cameron helped us whenever we had any question or needed anything. Thanks to him we well informed about around.Upon check out we got letter from Machida it was amazing thoughtful gesture from her side! She gave us definitely amazing souvenir and good memory about Okinawa and hotel!! Hotel is so lucky to have her!! We really thank her so much!!Only one problem we faced which was in Ally’s restaurant! When we wanted to have breakfast and even we had still time they didn’t allow us to enter the restaurant. Which was not helpful and nice at all! I do definitely recommend this lovely hotel with lovely staff!!   Very satisfied, exceeded my expectations

  Rooms are super clean. Spacious even it's shared room as I can open my luggage and pack things easily; common area is big; welcome ice cream served, complimentary coffee/tea, washrooms/shower rooms are excellent too.For location, it's 3 min drive to the busiest area of American village but there are still a few restaurants nearby.
