    I loved this hôtel - such friendly staff , polite and attentive. Wonderful recognition of my Accor status such as use of lounge and free breakfast , amazing welcome gift of Nihon shu. Also so many local products for breakfast and lounge . Great bath and I slept so soundly .

    COMFORTABLE HOTEL IN CONVENIENT LOCATION!

    Stayed here for 7 nights in a Privilege room on the top floor (14.th floor) and all in all had a comfortable stay. The privilege rooms are 32 square meters, so quite large for Japanese standards, two large TV's in the room. Panoramic windows with nice city- and river view. Spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. On the weak side; the bed pillows were terrible, very hard and uncomfortable.The monorail station is just outside the hotel entrance, making it very convenient to get around in Naha. Just 4 stations and 9 minutes from the airport and two more stations from the hotel to the centre of downtown and Kokusai Dori (the main shopping and restaurant street in Naha). Kokusai Dori is also easily walkable from the hotel. Family Mart and 7-Eleven are located next door to the hotel.All in all we were very happy with our stay here and would gladly stay here again. This hotel offers good value for money in my opinion.

    Our stay at Mercure Okinawa Naha was a fantastic experience, thanks to its unbeatable location and the wonderful service we received. The hotel is conveniently situated right on top of a monorail station, making it incredibly easy to get around. It's just two stops from the airport and only a few more to reach the city center, which added so much convenience to our trip.A notable highlight was the complimentary parking—a rare and much-appreciated perk for a city hotel. It made exploring the area by car stress-free and added great value to our stay.We also want to extend a special thank-you to Ryoko Higa from Reservations. Her outstanding assistance before our arrival made all the difference and ensured our check-in process was smooth and seamless.     loved this hotel! It was right beside the train station. Mark, the receiptionist my first contact in this hotel was super nice and helpful.Our housekeeping staff were super respectful and also detailed in their cleaning. My only complaint is that the water doesn't get as hot as it does in other hotels I've experienced in Japan.Breakfast was good for the price and with the Accor All member's discount it was well worth it. The free lounge and coffee for members was also really nice. I just wish they also provided coffee in the rooms.     We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in January, 2024. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was super clean and the breakfast was really good. The view from our window was great!
