Enjoy hotel stay at Okinawa Harborview hotel in Naha. It has Naha's best club lounge. Club lounge is available I from 1:00 PM before check-in until 12:00 PM after check-out.They have separate faces for tea time, dinner time, nightcaps, and breakfast available until midnight. They also have all-you-can-drink alcohol, with sparkling wine starting from noon.

Fantastic Stay - sadly ruined by a Single Staff Member
08 Jan 2026
Lovely clean room, a fantastic teppanyaki restaurant, and great-value cocktails. As it was out of season, there was some building work, which made the daytime a little noisy and no pool but the price was heavily reduced so this wasn’t an issue.Unfortunately, the stay was spoiled by one member of staff. Despite the rest of the team being friendly and professional, and us enjoying the relaxing atmosphere - this individual was openly rude. When we asked for the bill, he ignored us and then dismissively flicked his hand to usher us away towards the till rather than bring the check as usual - making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. His behaviour was so noticeable that even another customer suggested he acknowledge us instead of ignoring us.Overall, this is a great hotel, elegant layout, with skilled and attentive staff making it excellent value (especially considering the maintenance work). However, what should have been a lovely experience was let down by one arrogant and disrespectful staff member. I sincerely hope others don’t experience the same, as it detracts from the otherwise excellent team. 儀保正樹, お客様サービス / フロントオフィス at OKINAWA HARBORVIEW HOTEL, responded to this review Thank you very much for staying with us.We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your room, our teppanyaki restaurant, and the cocktails. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the ongoing maintenance work and are glad that your stay was still valuable despite this.At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the behavior of one of our staff members. Please rest assured that your feedback has been taken seriously and will be used to improve our service.Thank you again for sharing your valuable comments, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Stay at Club Level
18 Mar 2025
Hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport for an easy arrival and the staff is very helpful at check in. Rooms are a good size and it is an easy walk to Kokusai Dori for shopping and restaurants. There is a 7/11 inside the hotel and the pool was closed for remodel while staying. Club level is definitely worth the extra money. 儀保正樹, お客様サービス / フロントオフィス at OKINAWA HARBORVIEW HOTEL, responded to this review Thank you very much for choosing to stay at the Okinawa Harbor View Hotel from among the many hotels available. We are very happy to hear that you were satisfied with your stay. We will continue to strive to improve our services to make each and every guest's stay more comfortable. We hope that you will choose our hotel again on your next trip to Okinawa. We all look forward to welcoming you back again.

All you need.
09 Sept 2024
The hotel was very nice. Checking in was very easy. The checking in staff where very helpful. Exspecially one of the older men. The room was very spacious , and only two days our room didn't get cleaned but this must be because we left so late from the room. Uehara Atsushi, 支配人 at OKINAWA HARBORVIEW HOTEL, responded to this review Thank you very much for choosing Okinawa Harborview Hotel from among the many hotels available. We would also like to thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to answer our questionnaire. We are very honored to have received such a high rating. We will continue to work hard so as not to disappoint you with the rating you gave us. All our staff look forward to welcoming you again.

Good Hotel at Quiet Neighborhood
28 Jun 2020
This hotel is located within walking distance (but is uphill walk though) from Yui-Rail Tsubogawa Station. It is also within walking distance to the Naha bus station and Kokusai-dori too. Two convenience stores are also nearby: Lawson on the way to Kokusai-dori and Familymart near the Tsubogawa station.I stayed at this hotel just after weeks from their reopening due to COVID emergency state. All safety and hygiene precautions have taken place: on top of the standard cleaning, they also wipe the contactable surface with alcohol; there will be no housekeeping during your stay but fresh towel and amenities are provided in a bag hanging at your door knob everyday; no buffet breakfast but make to order to maintain social-distancing.Overall, I am quite happy with my stay here, although is a bit of walk from everything, at least the room is big for Japanese standard and located at quiet neighborhood.
