  The facilities are reasonable in price. Customer service is the worst.

  Many bad reviews on the aging facilities and breakfast buffet. But, considering the room rate, it is reasonable.However, the front desk at check-in is the worst.It was a humbling experience. It affected my memory of the entire trip.Front desk staff is high pressure. At times he sneered at me.I asked because I couldn't borrow a bed guard for my child, but he intimidated me by saying, "As a general rule, we can't rent out bed guards to children under one year old."At that time he did not explain to me about the crib rental service.If you have young children, you should be very careful.There are ants on the floor of the room and in the shower room. The water pressure in the shower is weak.If these things bother you, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.施設の老朽化や朝食バイキングに不満がある口コミが目立ちましたが、宿泊料を考えれば許容範囲だと感じました。ただ、フロントスタッフの対応は最悪で残念でした。施設に関しては、部屋の床やバスルームに数匹のアリが居たほか、シャワーの水圧がかなり弱いので体に付いた石鹸がなかなか流れないなどの不満点はありました。ただ、部屋も狭くはなく、プールなどの施設があることを加味すれば可もなく不可もなくという印象でした。残念だったのはスタッフ対応です。気になったのはチェックイン時のフロントスタッフ。それ以外のスタッフは対応が素晴らしい方も悪い方も居ましたが、普通のホテルと変わりませんでした。チェックイン時、若い男性に対応していただきましたが、一言目からトゲトゲした対応で、入国審査を受けているような気分になりました。宿泊名簿に記入する際、レンタカーのナンバーが分からず書き淀んでしまった私が「ナンバーが分からないのですが」と尋ねると、この男性スタッフは「鍵持って無いんですか？それに書いてありますけど」と鼻で笑って返答しました。嫌な気持ちになりながらもその後の手続きを済ませ、こどものベッドガードを借りることができないか尋ねたところ、スタッフは「原則、１歳からしか貸し出ししてませんので！」との返答。チェックイン時の問い合わせでしたので、借りられたらありがたいくらいの気持ちでしたが、もう少し言い方を考えた方がいいのではと思います。チェックイン時に不快な思いをしたのは初めてでしたので、ある意味いい経験になりました。チェックインの際の強烈な思い出はホテル全体の印象になってしまうので、改善された方がよろしいかと思います。小さなことが気にならない方にはとてもおすすめです。ホスピタリティなどを気にされる方は他のホテルとも比較されることをおすすめします。

  My partner and I are traveling for 3 months and we were really hoping for this portion of the trip to be relaxing with some downtime! We really wanted to lay by the pool, have a cocktail and eat some great food! If that's what you're after, then I don't recommend booking here. Firstly, they won't serve you any drinks through the day as the bar doesn't open until 6pm and you also can't drink my the pool.On top of that, this hotel is fairly isolated although most of the island is spread out so I don't know how avoidable that is but there wasn't a lot of restaurants or places to eat around here.To eat at the hotel is very expensive. The buffet dinner was $52 AUD each and we found it average at best. The buffet breakfast was $28 AUD each and we found it quite poor. The buffet lunch was $25 AUD each and again it was just average. Coming from Australia we love our coffee and we went our entire stay with out it as the coffee was very poor. It is instant coffee and there are no alternative mills available.We found this resort to be very family orientated so if you are travelling with kids, this could be a good match for you as there is a kids club everyday, a jungle gym/ playground and arcade etc. but for us it was tough, we barley got a swim in, given the pool was absolutely filled with kids all day long.We ended up leaving a night early despite having paid for 5 nights.

  A Delightful Stay at Kariyushi Beach Resort - A Haven of Comfort and Tranquility

  We couldn't be happier with our choice to stay at Kariyushi Beach Resort during our Okinawa getaway. The 1 hour and 15-minute drive from Naha Airport was a scenic introduction to part of the island , and upon our arrival, the warm welcome from the front desk staff, especially YERTISS, set the tone for our delightful stay.Our room, featuring four single beds and a cozy three-seater sofa, exceeded our expectations. The balcony offered glimpses of the serene sea, providing a tranquil retreat. The cleanliness of the room, combined with the separate shower and WC(automatic bidet spray), love the shower gel & shampoo added to the overall comfort of our stay. There is built in hair-dryer, mini fridge and bedroom slippers which are very useful. The hotel is very environmental friendly and encourage guest to take what one needs for the amenitiessuch as toothbrush/haircomb/showercap/teabag (near the reception) before you head up. The nominal parking fee of ¥500 per night was a reasonable fee, considering the ample parking space available. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the expansive grounds created a sense of spaciousness, ensuring a peaceful and uncrowded environment. The inclusion of a gym and indoor pool for guest use, as well as the option to indulge in the indoor onsen for a modest fee, added extra layers of relaxation to our experience.Exploring the hotel further, we discovered a dedicated kids' section, a convenient laundry area at the amusement room section, the open pool though was closed during our winter visit. The hotel's thoughtful amenities truly catered to every need.The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of our stay, featuring fresh and varied options. The convenience store within the hotel was an added bonus, ensuring we had everything we needed at our fingertips.For dinner options, the nearby eateries, such as Colombin (steak house) and Okinawa-ryori Maruoki Shoten, provided excellent choices within a short 5-8 minute drive. Although we didn't dine at the hotel's buffet restaurants, we heard positive reviews from fellow guests.A delightful surprise awaited us on Wednesday night—a live performance in the foyer featuring Okinawa folk music. Despite the language barrier, the talented performers brought joy to the audience, creating a memorable and enjoyable evening.In conclusion, our stay at Okinawa Kariyushi Beach Resort has been a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and entertainment. Okinawa's charm has been further amplified by this wonderful accommodation choice, and we look forward to creating more cherished memories here in the future.

  The best pet friendly place to stay on island. A lot of good walking areas, free rides to beach area also pet friendly.

  Just had a very enjoyable stay at the Kariyushi beach hotel on the pet friendly side. They have set this up very well with both the owner and the pet in mind. All rooms are on the first floor and in one wing with exit door at end of hall. Very easy access to the reserved parking for the pet wing. The spa was very good with two outside hot baths on each side (men side and lady side) with shower area. Very good inside hot bath, cold bath, sauna and shower area. We used the indoor pool every day the water temp. was great. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot to eat.We will be staying here again. Oh, will add that we have a large dog over 50 kg

  I am a frequent visitor to Okinawa but this was the first time for me and my family to stay at this specific hotel. Overall great facilities. Very family-friendly. The nearby private beach has terrific water sports including the unrivalled sea walk experience I did twice with my son. He also loved the glass-making workshop which is a great creative activity for kids. The BBQ dinner buffet was splendid. We stayed for a week during the global pandemic and it was sad to see so few people at such a big place. But the resort staff were really making those of us there really feel welcome. Also, with fewer people around, it was very easy to relax by the hotel pool. Great ocean and nature views from our hotel room.
