  Good Value, But Face-Lift Is Needed!

  While not central to Naha, it's not super far to the main hub of the city from walking distance. The value is great and there are quite a few amenities to boot, but the one thing really holding it back is the pretty dated aesthetic of the whole hotel. It's also a bit sparse in regards to the restaurants around the area, so gotta stick to the Familymarts and 7'11s!

  2 week stay at hotel located between the airport and Camp Kinser. Friendly and helpful staff who were so gracious as I navigated Google translator. They too used their translator apps. A few staff speak English . I liked too of the convention store inside large and open lobby area. Felt safe too. Laundry was convenient too! The front desk calls taxi for us when needed. Be sure first to tell them how you’re paying. Some taxis only take Yen but most take Credit card. Grocery stores nearby. It’s a lengthy walk but not terribly too long to get to and from stop #6 on Yuri rail. Stop #7 and Stop #9 is International street. You’ll love International street. Lots of shops. Hacksaw Ridge is the next to the last stop on Yuri. It’s not hard to find. Be sure to have good walking shoes! Hotel had comfortable beds and a bath tub and shower. Great water pressure! Inside the hotel they offer for an additional purchase Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Buffet. Mc’D near Yuri stop #9. KFC near stop #7. Subway a brief walk north about 2 or 3 streets. Big sign, can’t miss it. Yuri rail safe, cool and clean. Sushi Conveyor belt dine in is a must! Short taxi ride. Visit Naha! Loved it here for 2 weeks stay. Translator apps a must 👍.

  History hotel close to two big supermarket and a duty free shop, walking around 15 mins from monorail station, wide lobby with restaurant and a big gift shop, free wifi inside hotel area, resting area with a small outdoor swimming pool and a large free parking space, daily weather notice for guest information, large reception with good service English speaking staff, twin room wide with tables and chairs, big window with city view, bright room clean and tidy with wide single bed and comfortable bedding, speed wifi and a handy smart phone free for use, electric switch panel for air-condition and lighting control, a big flat TV but few channel to choose, wall between bedroom is thin, sometimes poorly soundproofed but not serious, although history hotel but all facilities works properly, clean up staff with good service, overall good for stay. pacifichotel2016, 営業ディレクター at Pacific Hotel Okinawa, responded to this review Thank you very much for using Pacific Hotel Okinawa this time.   Hotel Run Down but High End Cigsr Bar

  Shocked me to find such a high end cigar bar in the hotel basement floor. However, told next year smoking ban will be put in place. We upgraded our room that was large with walk in shower colocated with the bathtub. The outside glass separated the sink area and had wooden blinds throughout. The bathroom toilet was separate and quite roomy. Lots of room space but two twin beds when one king or queen would have been preferred. Again the overall condition of rooms and lobby areas could use a face lift.   I spent one night here. This seems like a hotel well past its prime, lacking any investment to modernize. When i entered my room it was extremely warm. I searched for a way to adjust the temperature, but all i found was a fan speed button. I asked the front desk, and they literally said 'it is still winter so we keep the room warm for your comfort'. How about no? They literally suggested opening the window in my 9th floor room to cool it down (which didn't help much). The bed was (asia) hard. Just 1 small, lumpy pillow provided. All of the decor is this faded gold, which looks extremely dated. The wifi was slow.
