    Great place would come again!

    rating02 Jun 2026

We loved this place. It's  reasonably priced compared to other 5 stars. We stayed in the "2024 Renewal Bay side bath twin" room. Entrance :You go to 14th floor for the reception and the rooms are in the lower floors, 😊 this is the first time I'm seeing this. But it was unique and not a hassle. The hotel is part of an office building or a mall I think so the lower floors are not part of the hotel. Bell boys available on the ground floor for help with luggage Room:It's a huge room with separate enclosed area for luggage, large bathroom (separate toilet door but accessible via the main bathing area too, which was very convenient ),  large bathing space with a separate tub area in addition to regular bathing area . We took two rooms for family of 4 (3 adults and 1 teen) ,mainly as we wanted two bathrooms for convenience. Otherwise one room can easily accommodate 4 with additional beds if one is ok with single bathroom.Good view of the sea from the room and bathroom Amenities :Comes with the required bathroom amenities and superior toiletries, Italian type coffee machine with good quality Brazilian coffee and tea as well. Iron board provided on request, you can order cutlery into the room if you order a take out, bath robes, good quality night wear, refrigerator, shoe related amenities, hair dryer etc. You get all that you need and more in the room itself . If you need more, there are additional amenities like face mask pack , uv lotion, specs cleaning tissue etc , other eatable items like cookies and  coffee vending mc in the lobby area that you can pick up for free.Breakfast:Typically japanese style food spread but has breads, salads, cornflakes, egg products, bacon etc etc. I'm a vegatarion so there weren't much options for me but manageable with salads, breads, nuts and yogurt 😊 . The breakfast area is big enough and not crowded, gives a premium feel Improvement areas :1.There is one area where the hotel should improve, that is breakfast . They need to have some vegetarian and vegan main dishes in the breakfast spread. Not everyone is non vegetarian. For vegetarians there is only salad, bread and cornflakes, fruit . May be there were more items but ingredients are not mentioned 2. Ingredients are not mentioned in the breakfast spread . Please mention clearly the ingredients like egg, chicken, fish, pork, vegetarian, vegan etc like other hotels do. Otherwise it's anyone's guess and we may not consume some dishes as we don't know what is in it. For example, there was a curry and rice , but what is in the curry is not mentioned anywhere. Lobby and lounge :Has a good lobby area, warm hospitality, bell boys to help with luggage, lounge bar for leisure Accessibility :Hotel Has a direct pathway to the monorail station from the 2nd floor which was very convenient. Monorail is so convenient for first time Japan visitors as you get so confused in the normal subways which looks complicated 😊! Hotel is Opp to Naha bus terminal. Close by to eateries with a slight walk. Convinience stores nearby in walking distance. Has 3 Indian restaurants at walkable distance or you can Uber car ride.  About 15 20 mins from naha airport. Overall decent location. Overall great stay and will come back if I visit Okinawa again!

    Convenient location, good amenities

    rating30 Apr 2026

Hotel was within walking distance to the Naha bus terminal, just 20min cab ride from the airport and within walking distance to the pick up points for most day tours. There is a Lawson at the first floor and is within 5min walking to the monorail station. Check in was fast and the staff helped with luggage up to room and took the time to explain how the room keys worked. Room had sufficient space for 3. Bathroom was well stocked else could always go to the reception area to pick up any tea, masks or baths salts provided. Hotel provided disposable slippers as well and sufficient towels for use. Bathroom was very decently sized and not claustrophobic.

    Excellent hotel in convenient location

    rating18 Feb 2026

I enjoyed a three-night stay in a "Bay Side View Bath Twin", which had very nice views of the river, boats, ships, sea and canal, as well as city buildings (and a car park) - scenic and interesting. There was a very good amount of space, comfortable beds with a choice of pillows, a big TV with channels I liked, a great long desk with a lovely chair (cane-backed and attractive fabric covered seat) plus two easy chairs with a small table, a fridge and a safe. In an alcove there was a cabinet with big drawers, hanging space, a luggage bench and a useful auto light. There was a locally-designed bas-relief type artwork; otherwise the room was fairly plain visually, but pleasant. The air conditioning could be individually adjusted which was a bonus. And it was excellent to have a coffee capsule machine (and a generous allocation of six capsules per day). There was a ample number of power sockets, and the WiFi worked well. The bathroom had the traditional separate shower area with bucket and low stool, a long deep plastic bath, large sink with lots of bench space plus a ledge, and a set of scales. Water pressure was good and there was a retractable clothes line. There were windows facing outwards and inwards, with blinds so you could look out at the view, or into the rest of the suite, or not. Housekeeping was good with smart decisions like leaving the type of pillow I used on the bed I was using, and putting the others on the spare bed. As well as the coffee capsules already mentioned, complimentary amenities included small containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash; cotton sets and cotton buds; toothbrushes; sanitising wipes; teabags and bottles of water. There were some in the room and extra supplies in the reception area lobby. The staff were very nice and welcomed guests with a cool drink and sanitising towel. Reception was on the 14th floor with the guest rooms on lower floor. Entry and exit was always via level 14. The need to take two lifts instead of one was a bit annoying but not a major matter. The lobby area had some very beautiful Ryukyu glass pieces, and nice ceramics in alcoves on either side of the lifts. I was able to leave my luggage with Reception after checking out, and a taxi to the airport was booked for me. The breakfasts were good with a variety of choices and some nice local inclusions. The location was very convenient for transport, shopping (including supermarkets), and eating out, as well as being just a short walk to the water. It was close to a Yui Rail station (with a direct connection via the second level of the hotel) and the city bus depot, which could be accessed via the same walkway. On other side, there were often taxis waiting. I'd be more than happy to stay again, thank you.

    Convenient

    rating04 Jan 2026

The hotel is convenient with close proximity to train station and free carpark. There is a Lawson on 1/F and Starbucks/ Daiso in the opposite building. Breakfast was average with minimal variety to choose from. Staff was helpful and polite. Four nights, zero complaints

    rating21 Mar 2025

We stayed four nights at the Rihga Royal Gran and have zero complaints. The staff was friendly, our room comfortable, breakfast plentiful, bar well stocked and the location perfect in Naha. The Lawson convenience store on the 1st level is very handy and the short walk to eateries and shopping was very nice. Overall, our stay was perfect!
