  Poor experience & rude management

  The hotel is well located and the rooms were very small (as expected). The reason for the poor review is that (1) It didn’t feel particularly clean (shower area/curtain smelled like mildew, quite a bit of dust on the headboard area), and (2) We had a bad experience with management. It was 80-90 degrees Fahrenheit outside and they had the heat on. We weren’t able to control the temperature from the room, as it’s managed by the front desk for each floor. The manager refused to change the temperature for our floor. The younger desk associate made it clear that other floors had AC on but for some reason the manager refused to do so for our floor. The night manager was rude, and not helpful. We stayed at 5-6 different hotels in Japan in similar price range over ~2 weeks and this was the worst service and cleanliness.   Nice hotel close to station Shin-Osaka

  Nice and typical japanese hotel close to the Shinkansen-Station.   Whilst the room is small, it has all the amenities you need - comb, razor, toothbrush, back towel, yukata. Opp hotel has laundromat and Izakaya restaurant.   Never to return...

  Well, this is one hotel which is definitely overpriced...with that room rate, one should be able to find a much better alternative. The room is extremely small and there isn't enough space to place and open the luggage! The room was tidy enough since there isn't much to clean...The breakfast place was also small with hardly any choice of selection.   Tiny room!

  We were very disappointed with the size of the room. There was no space to open our luggage. There is no cupboard and no safe box. Staff suggested we place our luggage under the beds. There is no walking space at all. Only 2 flat pillows were provided for us. Bed was placed next to the wall so one of us would have to climb over the other person to go to the toilet. Pictures on the Internet were misleading. Do not ever book this hotel.
