  I recently stayed at this hotel during a quick work trip and found it to be a convenient and efficient place to rest. It’s located close to the metro, which made commuting easy, and there were several small cafes nearby for breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were professional. My room was compact but well-organized, with modern lighting and a surprisingly spacious shower. The bed was firm, which I personally like, and the room stayed quiet throughout the night. While it’s not a luxury stay, it delivered exactly what I needed—comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. I’d consider staying again on future business visits.

  Bad experience, hope you do not pay your top dollars for this hotel

  I usually refrain from leaving anu bad reviews, but this hotel is an exception. We arrived late at night and were greeted with the person who barely speaks English. Rooms are rather small and toilets are not big at all. When vent is turned on, you could sense a cigarette smoke. Rooms were supposed to be smoke free. Check out time is 10 AM and expect you TV to show you warnings 9:45 urge you to leave. Cleaning personal starts early and loud bangs to the walls and doors can be heard. Sound insulation is not as great. Pillows are uncomfortable and rather harsh. When we brought this to personal's attention via translator, they said you are good to go....

  The hotel is very well located, a short walk from Midosuji subway line and a 24/7 open 7-Eleven just across the street. The room was very small, but clean and cozy, good bed, bathroom, television and wifi. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was served downstairs, with Japanese and western options. Recommended!   Good but small

  My flight agent booked me this hotel, whilst it was good I had to step/jump over my luggage to get to the bed due to it being super small (like, extremely inconvenient for me to access the bathroom or my bed) . The breakfast was good and there was a 7-11 across the road that was super convienient. Some staff speak good english, but are not helpful in some cases so I would recommend trying to find websites with updates for public transport systems.   Hot spring in the basement

  I always choose a hotel which has a hot spring. The location is two minutes walk from Midosuji line which is convenient to everywhere.
