    The staff is amazing. Very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and the breakfast is outstanding. I would definitely come back.

    Room highly recommended for extreme cleanness including bathroom and hot tub. Sufficient space next to bed for two large suitcases in the small double bed room. Fresh towels hung on door every evening if cleaning is not requested. Laundromat available, good machines. Hotel is v sticky about allowing checking in before 3pm though, and charges an extra fee even if you arrive at past 2pm and the room is ready. No shelter to metro station and that is about 8min walk if it's in bad weather. No convenience store downstairs but available nearer the metro station.

    Noisy location next to train line. I can’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper. Click-et-e-clack every few minutes. Awful! Room is ok. No bottled water provided. No coffee maker, no coffee powder even. …………….,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    Locates in a nice and quiet place and close to Shin-Osaka Station with 5 mins walking.We booked two rooms with two beds (23m2) for 5 nights include breakfast directly with Choice Privileges Rewards website as a member and we paid it when we checked in. Breakfast is very good and the Library Café provides free fresh lemonade water plus tea and coffee from 10:00 to 24:00. It's nice to have a fresh iced lemonade water after a long walk day. Check in and out are easy. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Reception area is small but they provide luggage storage for guests. Vending machine and laundry on level 2. Only 3 washing machines but guests can monitor it through room TV to find out whether the washing machine is available or not.Strongly recommend - don't book one bed room because it can feel squeezed. Two beds room size is good for two people if you compare with other Japanese hotels.

    Everything is perfect! The rooms have enough space and they are very clean, the room amenities are fine, the staff is very kind and helpful, also they speak English very well. The food is OK( every where in Japan is so little variety of food). You have the train station nearby and could travel everywhere through Shin Osaka Station. Pillows were very comfortable. Also for us outside Japan and living in Europe, ask the reception for chargers and other cables, they are very helpful.
