Osaka International Airport is about 50 km away and Kansai International Airport is some 5 km away.

    Worth going to Osaka just to visit this hotel

    Japanese hotels are amazing - the staff are helpful, the rooms spotless and the service outstanding, but even by high Japanese standards the Citadines Osaka is absolutely brilliant. The reception staff are exceptional, the hotel restaurant superlative and the rooms are comfortable and far more spacious than many other hotels. The hotel is in a convenient location with Namba and the Dontonbori within walking distance, there are four manga/amine shops within five minutes and a great food market a couple of blocks away.     Excellent location and bathroom

    Location is excellent a few steps away from the Glico running man in Dotonburi. Friendly and helpful front office. Bedrooms and bathroom are spacious! Bathroom has showers and bath-up, and they provide salt bath for free! Everything was excellent for us!     Perfect Birthday stay in the heart of Dotonbori

    We stayed at Cross Hotel Osaka for two nights after a four night stay in Tokyo and it was the perfect choice for our time in Osaka. The hotel is centrally located in the Dotonbori, within walking distance to everything, which made exploring so much easy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrive we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome and even a Happy Birthday since I was celebrating my birthday on this trip. That personal touch meant so much and made our stay even more special. The room had plenty of space for my son and me to move around comfortably without being cramped. It was actually the only hotel doing our Japan trip that had a shower and tub room which I felt added to the full Japan experience. I absolutely loved the decor, especially the red accent my favorite color which were beautifully incorporated throughout the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. The hotel even had a fresh clean sent that made it feel extra inviting.     Nice hotel in the centre of Osaka

    We stayed in the Cross Hotel, Osaka during a family holiday to Japan in December 2025. The location is really good, very central. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the bedrooms were clean and big enough, and what you could expect in Osaka. The hotel was good value overall. Our rooms faced the main road and although we were on a high level, we could still hear the Bōsōzoku motorcycle gang late into the night. I actually didn't mind as they are kind of cool.     We stayed at Cross Hotel Osaka for one night. The hotel’s location is excellent and extremely convenient, particularly as it is situated in the heart of Shinsaibashi. The room size was comfortable for two guests, and we stayed in a Standard Floor Twin Room.
